I found the service and overall experience excellent. The communication prior to the appointment was efficient and helpful. The bedside manor from both the hygienist, dentist and dental assistants was calm, caring, informative and supportive. I felt I was in safe hands and could relax fully, enabling them to do their job professionally. I was also impressed and assured by their use of AI to support their own knowledge and experience, for increased reassurance. The space was well presented and the outside view increased my comfort.
Zishaan at Thurloe Street Dental is without doubt the best dental therapist I have ever come across. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, and very skilful: I have been visiting him for 20 years now, and I still remember what a revelation it was to have pain free treatment! Sounds silly now, but I thought that was just something you put up with: but I now realize it’s down to the skill of the clinician, and Zishaan is the very best!! He’s also a really lovely person - my wife won’t ever see anyone else, and we will be taking our toddler to see him as soon as we can also! We live 100 miles away but it’s worth the trip to see him!
I came to the practice for 10 new teeth to replace my previous mouthful of various misfits and have done an amazing job. They have done an amazing job and Haider is extremely personable and listens to your every need and is supported by his wonderful assistant in the practice.
The office manager is very nice too and did a great job of assuring me along the way.

Zishaan used the GBT Airflow treatment today on my daughter’s teeth. She was anxious about the procedure but he was really calm with her and explained everything so clearly, which really helped her to comolet the treatment. My daughter is neurodivergent so the quieter, less intense treatment from GBT airflow suited her sensory needs much better than other treatments. Thank you so much.
I had a great experience today at the dentist. Zishaan the hygienist did a brilliant job and my teeth feel 1000x better, and Karolina was very welcoming and helpful. I always leave wondering why I waited so long to book in, as the difference afterwards is always worth it!
