My therapist (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. My first session went exactly as expected, and she asked all the right questions to understand my needs and medical history. She took the time to discuss my pre-existing conditions and asked about my previous laser treatment experience, which I’ve had for several years. I felt comfortable, well-informed, and confident in her expertise throughout the appointment. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering treatment.

Had my first laser hair removal appointment yesterday and honestly such a good experience. I was nervous beforehand because I didn’t know what to expect, but Salha made me feel comfortable and at ease straight away.
She was so lovely, professional and welcoming throughout the whole appointment.

I booked in with Porscha for laser treatment which I usually find pretty painful. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, so calming, reassuring and genuinely focused on making the whole experience as comfortable as possible. She really put me at ease and did everything she could to minimise the discomfort. I’ll definitely be booking with her again for the next session. Highly recommend!
