My therapist (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. My first session went exactly as expected, and she asked all the right questions to understand my needs and medical history. Had my first laser hair removal appointment yesterday and honestly such a good experience. I was nervous beforehand because I didn’t know what to expect, but Salha made me feel comfortable and at ease straight away.

I booked in with Porscha for laser treatment which I usually find pretty painful. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, so calming, reassuring and genuinely focused on making the whole experience as comfortable as possible.
