I attended the clinic today with my daughter for an appointment with Kate, and it was such a lovely experience. As a parent, it meant so much that she took the time to explain everything clearly the process, what the consultation involved, and the next steps. Kate was incredibly thorough and made both of us feel completely at ease. I’m genuinely looking forward to supporting my daughter on her skin journey with Kate at Rachel Hunter.

Was booked in for a balyage today with (forgive me I'm not sure on the name spelling whether it was Layton or Leighton) he made me feel so comfortable. Told me exactly what he was going to do and I was very happy with the result. Having lost a lot of my hair he made it look like I had more of it with the colour we agreed on. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! It’s such a lovely, warm yet professional hairdressers/beauty clinic. I always feel so comfy and get offered a drink of my choice which is always nice. I always book in with Chloe for my hair and I thank my lucky stars I have found her! She listens to exactly what you want and is so so skilled at her job and how she treats your hair from start to finish! She just has that rare special touch!! (The products they use are all premium & all of the treatments are really good value for money)
