I’ve been having post-operative lymphatic drainage massages at both clinics after my surgery, and I truly cannot recommend them enough, especially Georgie Mabbs! She has been incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and reassuring throughout my entire recovery process.
Each session has been carefully tailored and adjusted to my individual needs. Georgie always takes the time to ask thoughtful questions about my soreness, swelling, and overall recovery so she can adapt each session accordingly. As I am post-op, a gentle but effective technique was used, I always leave feeling lighter and less sore! I genuinely look forward to the sessions.
She has also made me feel completely at ease during such a vulnerable stage of recovery, and our friendly conversations during the sessions always make me feel more relaxed and supported.
If anyone is considering post-surgery lymphatic drainage massage, I would absolutely recommend it. It has made such a positive difference to my recovery experience, and it’s been incredibly comforting having someone so supportive and understanding throughout the process.

Her massage technique is so relaxing and effective, and her waxing services are quick, thorough, and as painless as possible. Got my first sports massage with Natalia. It was absolutely amazing and I can’t recommend her enough. The clinic itself is really pretty and well maintained. Natalia was really knowledgeable and friendly and the massage felt really thorough and helped alleviate some tightness that’s been building up for years. Will absolutely be coming back and booking the same treatment for my partner.
I had neglected a work injury to my shoulder for at least over a year. When it became obvious that it was not going to heal itself I sought out physiotherapy.
Mishika at body tonic clinic has been absolutely instrumental in healing my shoulder. Highly knowledgeable in her field, she identified and explained what I had done, how I damaged further by not treating it sooner, how we would go about fixing it, and gave a realistic timeline for recovery. (Which has been spot on)
I'm glad to say that my shoulder is 99% fully recovered and I have no doubts it will be back to 100% in the not so distant future.

I’ve been going to Bodytonic Clinic in Canada Water for osteopathy treatments for years, mainly for recurring niggles. Ana is an excellent professional. She combines hands-on treatment with tailored exercises and always follows up on progress. She’s attentive, takes the time to understand my concerns and recently helped me fully recover from some sciatica pain. I highly recommend her and the clinic!
