Currently working with Matt Davies to recover from a hyperextension knee injury ive had for over a year. In 2 weeks ive made more progress than I made in the last year. Great knowledge and experience plus he explains everything clearly so you know why youre doing what youre doing The reception staff are also very friendly and welcoming. You feel comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. Highly recommend The Treatment room in Newport

Matt Davies was brilliant. He helped me recover from a running related knee injury with exercises, treatment, and great advice. I’m now back at the gym and running pain free. Highly recommend The Treatment Room! Thank you Matt 😊

I had been struggling with shoulder pain and limited movement for months before visiting Miles at The Treatment Room. From the moment I arrived, I felt I was in professional and friendly hands. Miles took the time to properly assess my shoulder and arranged an ultrasound scan, which helped identify tendon tears and a frozen shoulder. He explained the diagnosis clearly and talked me through the treatment options in a way that made me feel informed and reassured. I went ahead with treatment, which included saline injection and a cortisone injection. Since then, the improvement has been incredible. I honestly have never felt better, and the pain and restriction I had been living with for so long have improved massively. The whole experience was excellent. Miles was professional, knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely caring throughout. The company and premises were also welcoming, clean and well organised, which made the whole process feel comfortable and reassuring. I would highly recommend Miles and The Treatment Room to anyone dealing with ongoing pain or injury. The care, diagnosis and treatment I received were outstanding. I ve attended the treatment room several times over the last few months with a shoulder injury seeing both Miles and Victor . Both were extremely professional and knowledgeable providing both hands on care and a clear programme of exercises to follow . As a result I was able to complete my first Hyrox at the age of 64 . Thanks guys I couldn’t have done it without you

I have had many treatments with Matt Davies....I find him to be a consumate professional, he has a jovial demeanor and is a good listener regarding treatment areas and gives good advice, I always feel better post treatment! I have also had treaments with Miles, who is the same! Miles also treated my late mother many times, greatly improving her mobility, circulation and well being up until 89 years old ,so I can therefore recommend the treatment room for people of all ages! The appointment/booking system is easy , I tend to call, sometimes last minute and always have great service from the helpful and courteous front of house.

We’ve used Miles for my very active 12 yr old due to knee issues. Miles diagnosed and gave treatment to help ease the issue. We came away confident that with the rehab exercises that Miles gave us our child would be back to normal asap. Thank you Miles

I contacted The Treatment Room when I damaged my knee having previously had fantastic treatment there. I was assessed by Matt Davies, and told him that I needed to get my knee fixed in under 3 months as I had a skiing holiday booked. Matt was very thorough in his initial and ongoing assessments, and provided me with a series of relevant exercises that accelerated my recovery, and I made it through the skiing holiday without further injury! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Matt and The Treatment Room for anyone who has suffered a sports injury and needs expert assessment and treatment.
