I had been struggling with shoulder pain and limited movement for months before visiting Miles at The Treatment Room. From the moment I arrived, I felt I was in professional and friendly hands. I have had many treatments with Matt Davies....I find him to be a consumate professional, he has a jovial demeanor and is a good listener regarding treatment areas and gives good advice, I always feel better post treatment! I have also had treaments with Miles, who is the same! Miles also treated my late mother many times, greatly improving her mobility, circulation and well being up until 89 years old ,so I can therefore recommend the treatment room for people of all ages! I contacted The Treatment Room when I damaged my knee having previously had fantastic treatment there. I was assessed by Matt Davies, and told him that I needed to get my knee fixed in under 3 months as I had a skiing holiday booked. Matt was very thorough in his initial and ongoing assessments, and provided me with a series of relevant exercises that accelerated my recovery, and I made it through the skiing holiday without further injury!
