Absolutely amazing experience with London Hair Clinic! The whole process was professional, smooth, and exceeded my expectations. The team was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of care and attention to detail throughout my treatment.
Would definitely recommend London Hair Clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant or treatment. Great service, great staff, and an overall excellent experience!

It was only my second visit to the clinic, and I immediately felt at home. All the team there are so warm and welcoming.Trisha trimmed one of my wigs, which made me feel far more comfortable, and Vickie showed me several turbans/headwear, of which I chose several. They are so kind and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble for either of them. Both are an asset to the company. Philippa
Last week, I had an amazing experience at this Hair Clinic Salon! I went in for my fitting and everything was perfect from start to finish. A special shoutout to Ruben for his professionalism and expertise, he guided me so well that I ended up choosing a new fitting that looks incredible. I’ve already received so many compliments. Highly recommend!
I would rate this this clinic 0 because of how the consultation was handled. I fully understand the need for honesty and realistic expectations — that’s not the issue. The problem was the consultant’s approach, which felt more attacking than consultative.
The tone and comments indirectly suggested my previous hair transplant had “failed,” despite me clearly explaining that my hair loss is genetic and that I’ve tried multiple treatments over the years. There was little sensitivity or balanced discussion.
What made it worse was the lack of self-awareness. The consultant spoke in a condescending manner while criticising my hair, despite having very obvious hairline and forehead issues himself. It came across as ego-driven rather than professional.
At the same time, he was eager to sell the clinic’s own products while downplaying more established clinics and treatments, which felt biased and sales-focused rather than genuinely helpful.
This is a business, but you can’t ask for someone’s money while talking down to them. The issue wasn’t honesty — it was the delivery. Unprofessional experience overall.
The moment i walked in i saw their customers toupee and it just look so horrible and not natural at all and i came for a partial smp but if the toupee looks like a rug i wonder what would the smp look like.

All staff are very friendly! My first interaction with John was amazing and from start to finish my experience with Andrea and Sebastian was amazing. Would highly recommend! Everyone always has a smile on their faces! Thank you everyone!
If I could give the entire process and operation zero stars I would. It became abundantly clear that the hair systems do not arrive (I suspect from China?) custom fitted to your head. The stylist had to stretch the piece over my head and the fitting felt incredibly tight, I suspect the base was ordered a little too small? The hair direction was not what I wanted and was naturally parted from the left , surely this is something that you should request while ordering but I was never asked about? The hair density did not align with my age either and was more fitting for a 15-20 year old. The color did not match my skin tone , I could go on ..... Overall the hair system looked and felt very cheap and no doubt most people would know from a distance that it was fake. I had to remove it as it looked and felt very silly . It's very costly too , I purchased their luxury high end hair system (upwards of 1000 pounds) and what I got in return in was a cheap looking wig.

Nikki took the time to really look after my hair, offering expert guidance and making sure I felt comfortable at every stage. The end result genuinely exceeded my expectations — my hair looks fresher, healthier, and I honestly feel younger thanks to her skill and precision.
