Fabulous reception team ( as always!) and my dentist, Catherine, is an absolute legend. She’s the most calming and understanding dentist ever. Explains everything and very gentle and you just know you’re in safe hands getting a great dental appointment…whatever the reason.

Just had a large white replacement filling with James Prince. Really great dentist and made to feel very at ease and comfortable throughout my treatment. Results look good. All went well. I do think this is a good Surgery. I only joined a few years ago. Very happy and feel like its a very honest practice which is not what I have experienced in the past!

Cannot thank you enough all at the dental hub.You were amazing. We drove from Bridlington for 2 appointments at 11 40 we had got the wrong day.We were treated fabulous by the receptionist and given 2 appointments with Declan for 12.30. He was fantastic and fixed my filling and David's check up. You all were so kind and helpful. Grateful thanks. Jacky and David.

As somebody who in the past had a bad experiance at a dentist i was very scared when i first arrived. I was soon put at ease by anna and her college and have booked to return. Great service from reception too. Everyone made my visit so much easier

I can’t actually believe that after 50+ years of ‘going to the dentist’ that I am actually writing a positive review. However, after a lifetime of panic (pre appointment), pain (during the appointment) and utter misery for at least 24 hours afterwards, I can categorically state there is another option. In that 50+ years, I’ve been knelt on by a dentist who extracted 5 milk teeth as a child, been subjected to general anasthesia using gas (completely unnecessary but it got an extra NHS payment no doubt), had fillings removed and replaced (which seemed unnecessary) and whilst in the military had my wisdom teeth removed prior to deployment (just in case they became an issue)! You couldn’t make it up..that was my life before Dental Hub. After trying to get an emergency appointment almost anywhere within 50 miles of where I live on a Saturday (I work away all over the UK each week) and my NHS dentist only works MON-FRI (mid afternoon) I bit the bullet and decided to pay privately. I spoke to a wonderful receptionist (Rachel) who confidently and understandingly reassured me that they could deal with my toothache that weekend. Booked in to see a hygenist called Kirsten and that appointment was unbelievably pain free. Then I had the pleasure and it most certainly has been, of being transferred to Mr. James Wootton (dentist). He understood my anxiety and he talks in such a way that you not only relax but feel the utmost confidence in everything he says. You just know he is at the top of his game. Subsequently I have had a couple of hygenic appointments, a filling, an extraction, a crown and latterly some cosmetic work. All of this has happened because of the initial confidence and understanding of Rachel on the phone. James is by far and away the best dentist I have ever visited. He will not only make you feel at ease in his care but proficiently complete the dental work that you require (and even on a Saturday if you are desperate!). I’ve now realised that at this stage in my life the dentist is NOT someone to be feared but an integral part of my health care and one I don’t need to put off visits to. Thank you to James, Rachel, Kirsten and all the wonderful staff at Dental Hub Wetherby and I am almost looking forward to when James refers me for my dental implants for the few teeth that are missing (seriously). Dr Dunstan was very gentle and explained clearly what she was doing and what she found. She even handed me a mirror so I could see for myself. Never had that before. Very good.

Had an appointment for filling with Ellie the dental hygienist. I was apprehensive as I'm a nervous patient and hadn't met Ellie before. She was superb. Professional, kind, gentle, and didn't rush me or make me feel silly for being nervous. She did a perfect job. I'd definitely recommend going to see her. I've been a patient since 2008 (in the days of Keith Morris) and I've seen the practice develop and improve. 5* surgery.

Very satisfied. Needed a filling, it was done without anaesthetic and took 15 minutes. Appointment was about 3 minutes late but the Dental Hub is air conditioned so I was out of the heat( hottest day of the year). Thank you Dr. Kathrine.
