Dr Bernard was wonderful. I came to see him to have a tooth extraction, he was really helpful in explaining the procedure and the aftercare. The procedure itself was performed to top standard, would definitely recommend to anyone especially anxious patients such as myself who have needle shock. Hands down the best dentist I've seen.

My son had his first dental check-up today and it was a great experience. Dentist Asma Patel and the nurse were both very kind and helpful. They answered all my questions and made us feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I would definitely recommend Asma for future dental visits. Great service and a very positive experience!

I've been receiving ongoing treatment from Dr Bernard for the last couple of months. I'm a very nervous patient with quite complex health problems that have impacted my oral health. Dr Bernard and his dental assistant (I'm really sorry I've never clocked her name) have been beyond lovely, accomodating, reassuring and understanding. I've had a long standing fear of dentists which contributed to me delaying treatment I should have started years ago and Synergy and Dr Bernard have really helped me overcome that. I'm very grateful to all of the staff at Synergy. The receptionists are also equally as kind and understanding with patients.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience! The service was truly five-star and the whole team was very professional and friendly. Special thanks to Dental Therapist Asma for her excellent care, and Dental Nurse Aamirah for her kindness and support. The clinic was very clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

From the moment I walked through the door I was made very very welcome. All the staff acted in a very professional matter and answered questions when I asked about procedures I wanted. The doctor who told me about what procedure was best for me and was polite...beyond what I have previously experienced at other dentist. Had a new set of teeth within 2 weeks and I'm over the moon with the outcome.. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone wanting crowns or vaneers. 10/10 ...

Really terrible service reception staff and doctor they break half teeth of my wife while dental surgery and now not answering phone calls. I chase up from different number and receptionist said when doctor come will let you know after one week called again same answer they are not able to refer her to specialist or other doctor just did not bother as my wife suffering bad pain because of broken teeth that one of their doctor break half. really terrible service

Awful service from Blackburn Road synergy dental clinic. Didn’t get a refund back waited over a month. Reception staff extremely rude and not have a proper answers when I ask for my refund. As I had got my service done somewhere else as an emergency I ask for refund they said it’s account team handle refund so they cannot do anything about it and even charging me for the services which I haven’t received. Money minded business.

I was suffering with a painful tooth and was not registered to a dentist. I was recommended to use Synergy by a work colleague. There were no appointments when I needed at the Adlington branch but Bolton had availability Great experience. The lady on reception who took my call initially was professional and cheerful and explained what the £30 initial fee covered. When I arrived early the ladies on reception were very friendly. I was seen sooner than my dentist appointment. Mr Patel, the dentist was great. Advised me to have my tooth out which I knew anyway and this was the I overall cheaper equivalent. Numbing done I was taken to for an x-ray and the radiographer was cheerful too. My tooth was removed really quickly and he showed me my tooth. It was definitely an extraction job 😁. I was made to feel at ease and was treated excellently by everyone. Would definitely recommend Thanks Deborah
