Dr Anto is very good, she is warm and friendly. She reads previous notes and information to help her gather a holistic view. She is patient and understanding and makes me and my daughter (5) feel comfortable and heard. She sang nursery rhymes for my Sen/non verbal toddler to help him feel comfortable during appointments. I would be happy to be seen by her in future appointments.

I would like to commend Sarah. She is just incredible. I was really distressed prior to my appointment and she was more than happy to chaperone during the appointment with open arms. I would like to thank her from the bottom of my heart for making me feel at ease. I really and truely hope she gets recognised for this. Theres so many ways she had showed random acts of kindness which is rare todays world.

Dr Anto is wonderful. She is patient, empathetic, friendly, approachable, and very efficient and knowledgeable. She asks relevant questions and goes deeply into the issue. Very thorough. Talks to us like we're real people, not just subjects to be added onto a computer!!! A good all round doctor in every way

The GPs are really great here but the admin/reception and app are just terrible. After receiving a call from my Obstetrician advising me to start antibiotics today for a UTI (after a previous loss due to a UTI) I forwarded their email and put a request on evergreen which said my request would be dealt with today. I waited. When I heard nothing I called and waited on the phone for 2 hours being told I was at the front of the queue for 1 hour before I realised it was closed. Decided to come in person and was told to call 111. Just unacceptable - if it wasn’t for doctors I would have changed to another practice by now

Dr Anto is really a people’s person. The way she received me immediately relaxes me. I was able to be open with my feelings. She was patient, understanding, and supportive. I was thoroughly checked and felt good when leaving the surgery.

He listened well and came up with practical solutions. I originally booked for my covid update but this wasn't needed as I had had one in April the nurse practioner used the time for my second shingles jab, checked my weight and my blood pressure.. As all these pleasing results it was a very valuable appointment. The nurse created an atmosphere of trust and good conversations.

Nurse Tosan made my appointment very comfortable, quick and was very reassuring ensuring the consultation room was a safe space. She is brilliant, and I had a lovely experience despite my high anxiety based on personal past experiences. Thank you nurse Tosan, you are most definitely in the right profession!

Used them for years but always a very difficult and frustraing process. Only allow you to book appointments from 8am in the morning. Very soon afterwards they stop taking calls. They tell you to use the Evergreen app which offers an awful user experience. Even though you are logged in, everytime you try to request something from a GP, it directs you to a website where you have to log in again. And just like the phone lines, the app is basically useless if you try to use it after mid-morning to book an appointment for anything other than a routine appointment. I strongly recommend you find another GP if you need one.
