Dr Anto is very good, she is warm and friendly. She reads previous notes and information to help her gather a holistic view. She is patient and understanding and makes me and my daughter (5) feel comfortable and heard. She sang nursery rhymes for my Sen/non verbal toddler to help him feel comfortable during appointments. I would be happy to be seen by her in future appointments.

I would like to commend Sarah. She is just incredible. I was really distressed prior to my appointment and she was more than happy to chaperone during the appointment with open arms. The GPs are really great here but the admin/reception and app are just terrible. After receiving a call from my Obstetrician advising me to start antibiotics today for a UTI (after a previous loss due to a UTI) I forwarded their email and put a request on evergreen which said my request would be dealt with today. I waited. When I heard nothing I called and waited on the phone for 2 hours being told I was at the front of the queue for 1 hour before I realised it was closed. Decided to come in person and was told to call 111. Just unacceptable - if it wasn’t for doctors I would have changed to another practice by now

Used them for years but always a very difficult and frustraing process. Only allow you to book appointments from 8am in the morning. Very soon afterwards they stop taking calls. They tell you to use the Evergreen app which offers an awful user experience. Even though you are logged in, everytime you try to request something from a GP, it directs you to a website where you have to log in again. And just like the phone lines, the app is basically useless if you try to use it after mid-morning to book an appointment for anything other than a routine appointment. I strongly recommend you find another GP if you need one.
