5 star review for 5 star treatment. Staff are lovely. Very patient and knowledgeable. Love my new varifocals. Felt safe in the knowledge that if I couldn't get used to them that I could swap for 2 separate pairs if needed with no extra charge. Will always use this company in future. Thank you 😊

Was greeted at the first point of contact by a nice young lady, that had a great smile and was very professional and helpful. We waited upstairs for around 5 minutes where another lovely lady checked my daughter's details and then did the first set of test, she was very nice, polite and helpful. We then waited another 5-10 minutes and then my daughter was seen to by the optician for the main test. The Optician was also very friendly, polite and professional with my daughter, he made her relax has she was a bit nervous with it being her first time ever having her eyes tested. He let her rest if she needed to and made her feel at ease.

I had a great experience during my recent clinic visit. The staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The clinic was clean and well-organized, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The healthcare provider was very attentive, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything clearly. I felt well cared for and confident in the treatment and advice given. Overall, it was an excellent visit, and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality care and a friendly environment.

I have been going to spectators for years and will continue to do so. You get a friendly welcome. And never waiting for long to get seen too. All staff were lovely and the lady which helped me choose my glasses was very knowledgeable. She knew exactly what would suit me. Great experience, definitely recommend

The appointment was straightforward and not long winded, but also not at all rushed. The optician and her colleague were both very pleasant and knowledgeable. They both made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout the process of trying contact lenses for the first time.

Very friendly and efficient. Listened to me and explained everything in detail. Buying new glasses was easy and the range of them was great. Having options for what to add to my lenses with costs up front made a big difference.

Getting an appointment was quick and simple, I was seen in a very quick time, around 3 days from my inquiry. I went in for a check up and a full examination which was done quickly and professionally. All the staff were great and 1 week later I had some new driving glasses that work a treat! Very impressed all round
