We waited upstairs for around 5 minutes where another lovely lady checked my daughter's details and then did the first set of test, she was very nice, polite and helpful. We then waited another 5-10 minutes and then my daughter was seen to by the optician for the main test. The Optician was also very friendly, polite and professional with my daughter, he made her relax has she was a bit nervous with it being her first time ever having her eyes tested.
