I always used to use Specsavers in the Cornbow Shopping Ctr, but the place was too manic and didnt receive good customer care from staff. So i decided to use the shop in Blackheath. What a difference, the staff were happy, pleasant people, but very proffessional at the same time and the optician was very thorough. My new glasses were ready within a week. Very happy with the whole experience, would highly reccommend the Store in Blackheath, B64

We have been to various Specsaver’s branches over the years. Blackheath was new for our neurodiverse family. The negatives was how busy it was - but we were part of the problem as we were early. The team were great and my daughter was seen and dealt with efficiently. My daughter’s eyesight test was very good, with enough time taken between questions for her to not be overwhelmed by question after question. I don’t know if they read the patient info form if filled in about her being autistic, but our experience felt that it was accounted for. So 5 stars there!! As for the prescription, this is the first pair of glasses she has owned where she feels the prescription meets her needs, as a result she is wearing them daily, she is letting us know if she forgets to take them to school so someone can drop them off. They also are a very comfortable fit and she is so very pleased with them. Thanks to the whole team at Blackheath. We really appreciated your service. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I had a concern about my eyes . Booked an appointment online for the next day . Answered some questions and within minutes a nice friendly member of staff phoned me to ask a few more questions and offered me an appointment within the hour . I was greeted by lovely welcoming staff and everything I needed to know was explained clearly. Had some tests . Saw the optician. He explained everything clearly and I was very happy with the results. Marvellous service 🥰

Sorry for the late reply but Emma and the whole team were absolutely fab, my bro has confirmed he is pleased with his designer hugo boss glasses, and his case and can now see clearly and looks more fashionable. Mother is also satisfied and will be seeing myself and her soon to take our tests and get our glasses, brilliant customer service here from all staff and quick delivery. Highly recommended. Thanks to specsavers blackheath team.

All staff were really nice and polite answering all my questions and giving me multiple options. Also, as a full time student, you are able to get eye testing (which is very complex) and the first pair of glasses under £40 for free.

Thorough customer service. Information was given throughout each process and everything was clearly explained. Assistance after they eye test was very good, all in all was very efficient experience there

Fantastic. Highly recommended Even though I couldn't find lenses i wanted on this occasion as I wanted high end designer frames the staff were amazing. Can't fault them. Thank you for great experience
