Dentist was nice and friendly, however staff were arguing in front of the patients in the waiting room whilst on the telephone. That kind of behaviour is not very professional and does not leave a good impression and good atmosphere for the patients especially when children attending too. Staff need retraining in basic telephone manners and communicating with patients as I have experienced rude behaviour from them in the past too.

Excellent service. Unfortunately we for the 1st time forgot my son’s appointment. The staff were very understanding and accommodating us on our oversight.

Been going here for about 5,6 years, Sidrah is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Lovely lady, Polite and gives you the best advice on teeth care. and really takes care when giving you treatment, cleaning etc

Really lovely experience at Sparkhill Dentist. The practice is clean and professional, with friendly staff. My hygienist, Dr Mahnoor, was so kind and easy to talk to. She explained what she was doing and made me feel really comfortable. I’m really happy with the results. Thank you!

I had my appointment today with Mahnoor Asif the dental hygienist for a clean. I have attended multiple appointments with her ,She was very professional as usual and thorough. She gave me some great advice about how to maintain my oral hygiene, instructions clear and easy to understand I definitely recommend!

Review Title: 5 Minutes for £380? Eye-Watering Prices. I recently attended a private consultation at this clinic, which cost £39. I was in the chair for less than five minutes before being told my wisdom tooth needed to come out. However, the real shock came with the quote: £380 for a single extraction. While I understand the costs of private dental care, the math here is staggering. To spend an entire week’s hard-earned wages on a procedure that was diagnosed in the time it takes to boil a kettle feels incredibly exploitative.

The waiting taken was excessive, i waited for 40mins before I was called in. My husband complained but one of girl started to argue back engaging another patients daughter. We said it's not your fault but just want you to pass the complaint to the dentist or practice manager, she wanted to put us right.
