Whilst it wasn’t great I had my appointment rearranged at the last minute due to annual leave, and I was unable to get through on the phone for days previously, my appointment with Daher could not have been better. I have a host of medical conditions as well as anxiety towards visiting the dentist and normally exclusively see Naz, Daher couldn’t have been more understanding and accommodating I was truly blown away and put at ease. He explained everything in detail, checked I was comfortable and happy to continue and allowed me to take regular small breaks whilst completing the cleaning. A real credit to the practice
I've been a patient here for a while now. I have had severe toothache for the past few days. Rang up for an emergency appointment this morning and was able to be seen just a few hours later. It's a hot day and although fans were on in the reception area. The kind woman and women working on reception are so lovely. One of them whom I can't recall her name I'm sorry, she even let me borrow her handheld fan which I thought was so sweet and thoughtful. Got to see a few members of staff and they all treated me with kindness and were sweet. Considering the pain I was in, I still left smiling. I just want to give credit to everyone working here as so far I've got no complaints. Keep up the great work. Thanks
I was in severe pain for 4 days. I called the dental hospital explaining the level of pain I am in and they turned me away, advised me to contact my dentist. What a waste of tax payer’s money.
I couldn’t bear the pain any longer and had to make an appointment to see my dentist. The guy at the reception was very understanding and managed to make an appointment for me in the next 2 hours. I was so grateful I wasn’t turned away or had to wait days for an appointment.
As soon as my dentist “Naadhirah” found the cause of issue. Her decision was decisive and swift. It only took 10 minutes from start to finish. The pain has disappeared. OH MY GOD, You don’t know how good that felt.

Considering how busy the surgery is the service was excellent. For both check in and follow up reception staff were polite and efficient. I was seen in time and the Dentistt and nurse were polite and engaging. They took the time to explain treatment options and background information. Procedure was completed effectively and results were excellent.
Thanks to the team at Smile Manchester - Sale for their care and attention at my recent visit. The appointment took place on time and all went smoothly, from checking in on arrival through to arranging my next check up in 6 months time. Keep up the good work!
Dentist is polite and helpful. However, one of the receptionists was not polite and helpful. I asked about the breakdown of the cost and he was impatient and gave me an ambiguous answer. I called back next day to clarify the cost. The other receptionist was more polite and helpful. She explained clearly how the cost was charged and it was lower.

I booked an appointment with this dentist after calling to ask if they were accepting NHS patients. The receptionist told me yes, but that I had to book an appointment that week in order to register, which I did. When I arrived, the check-up felt rushed and unprofessional. I explained clearly that I had gum swelling, an abscess that had bled and leaked, and was in extreme pain and discomfort. I also explained I had previously had a root canal which resulted in a dead tooth.
The dentist told me, “I don’t know what to say or what advice to give,” and said she would refer me to an in-house specialist — which I was then told would have to be paid for. I was also advised to book a hygienist appointment which I know is a private treatment costing £89, despite the fact that I am eligible for NHS dental care and have always received treatment under the NHS due to being disabled. I was then sent home with no treatment and no clear plan.
After hearing nothing for a few days, I emailed to follow up about the specialist referral. I was then told that I did not meet the criteria for an NHS specialist and would need to pay privately. I was also told they could try to apply for an NHS referral, but it would most likely be declined and would involve a long waiting time. This was extremely confusing and frustrating, especially as I was initially told they were accepting NHS patients. The whole experience felt misleading and money-focused rather than patient-focused. I left in pain with no help, no diagnosis, and no reassurance.
Overall, I would not recommend this dentist unless you are prepared to pay high private fees. I felt dismissed, unsupported, and very disappointed with the level of care provided.
Had the new dentist Saba Akram. Been a nervous patient she made me feel relaxed the moment I walked in. She explained everything before she did any treatment. Definitely recommend.
