I was referred to Smile Cliniq by my usual dentist to have a root canal re done as it wasn't healing. I was cared for by Dr Krishen Shah and felt very comfortable during my consultation and treatment. He really took the time to explain the procedure, what the possible complications were and what my options were. It was a long appointment but he made sure I was okay the whole time. I'm very happy with the service I receieved!

If you come here for Root Canal, you will meet Krishen Shah. A young gentleman whose attitude is brash and off putting. But the worst problem is that he is “Dentist with Special Interest in Endodontics” which is not the same as “Specialist in Endodontics”. The former has only taken an extra course and does more root canal work than average. But a “Specialist in Endodontics” is registered exactly as such on General Dental Council in UK meaning that he has completed formal postgraduate specialist training and has passed rigourous assessment and case requirements. Therefore, I decided not to proceed with Root Canal with them and asked for my deposit back. I have now booked the treatment with a mega specialist at Harley Street in London.

I visited the clinic for an abscess I had above a very problematic tooth with no visible canal. Dr Krishen Shah performed a root canal treatment with so much patience, delicacy and professionalism that he managed to successfully find the canal, clean it up and make the abscess go away. He worked almost 6 hours on this one tooth and used all his special equipment like microscope, special files etc. He specializes on these types of treatments and is extremely passionate about what he does. He also explained in every step of the way the process, the risks and the decisions he had to make making me understand the steps of the process. I had no pain throughout and I’m very happy with the overall treatment and the fact he managed to save my tooth. I would highly recommend him!

Exceptional care when it mattered most I recently received a diagnosis of serious end-stage cancer and needed urgent dental treatment before beginning my cancer care. In what has been the most difficult and vulnerable time of my life, Dr Chetan Kaher and his dental nurse Vedant went above and beyond in every way. When I called explaining my situation, the clinic got me in the very same day. Dr Kaher treated me with outstanding skill, and both he and Vedant showed a level of warmth, professionalism, and genuine human empathy that I will never forget. They made me feel seen and cared for — not just as a patient, but as a person. In a time when compassion means everything, this team delivered it in abundance alongside excellent clinical care. I cannot recommend Dr Kaher and this clinic highly enough. If you are looking for a dentist who combines expertise with true kindness, look no further.

I’ve been going for about a year or so now. I’ve been very fortunate to have a clear step by step guide into the rehabilitation of my teeth. Dr Chetan Kaher is a very friendly and understanding dentist I could suggest him highly enough. Would recommend if you need treatment.

I had a gum graft surgery performed by Dr Evie. She always made me feel at ease and comfortable at each stage of the process, and was very considerate during the surgery itself. She explained things clearly and I appreciate her enthusiasm and passion for what she does. Following a postoperative complication, she was there to help me through it on the day, and it was resolved promptly without further issues. All the staff I encountered were always helpful and friendly.

Dr Ravinder was a great doctor. Every dentist including her said my teeth are cleaned well but I couldn’t figure out why they didn’t feel clean. She told me I didn’t know how to floss properly between my teeth , and under my gums. My teeth have never felt better . Couldn’t recommend more!

Stellar dentistry! Dr Sarita Kotecha remains our family dentist for years. Beneath her calm and reassuring demeanour, is a highly skilled professional who gives pain free treatments. Recently, my mother attend her clinic for an amalgam filling removal. Sarita listened to her concerns, asked clarifying questions then, clearly explained the treatment process and other readily available options. No hard sell, no offers, just the facts which allowed her to make an informed decision quickly. The result is amazing! The work was done considerately and expertly with no side effects. My mother received a welfare call from the dental surgery the very next day. That is a special touch of Sarita's high EQ. The team of dental assistants and office administrators are also exceptional. The 5 stars rating is an understatement and I would award double. Thank you Dr Sarita for looking after my mother and our family.
