I had half a root canal done 3 years ago and had been in on and off pain since which ended in me needing an extraction. I’m absolutely terrified of going to the dentist, the dentist Darren was really good in keeping me calm and explaining everything he was about to do and was really reassuring and helped so much when calming my nerves. Very happy I finally bit the bullet and can now start getting the rest of my teeth sorted. Thanks so much!

I can’t thank Daniel enough for the care and reassurance he provided. From the moment I sat in the chair, he made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He explained everything clearly as he went along, making sure I understood what was happening and putting my mind at ease. As someone who can be nervous about the dentist, I really appreciated his patience, kindness, and professionalism. I would highly recommend him to anyone, especially if you’re anxious about visiting the dentist.

I had a great experience with this doctor. He was very kind, caring, and highly professional. He carefully examined my teeth and took X-rays to make sure everything was checked properly. I am very satisfied with the care I received. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist.

I can only recommend this dentist. I don't often leave reviews, but Sheil Road is simply amazing. I had to get four fillings done, and I was very nervous, but Rana and her assistant were absolutely wonderful, they explained the procedure and made sure I was calm, and the receptionists were simply lovely as well!

This is my customer review about this dental practice. On 17th November 2025, I attended an appointment because some teeth needed fillings and one of my front teeth was chipped. I requested my front chipped tooth to be fixed with filling, as I am aware they can do it. I had chipped tooth before and they added a little bit of filling to fix the issue, however, this time, the dentist Floyd Lee-Briggs refused to do this and said I must have a crown because apparently it is a better long term option to fix this issue that it would stop my tooth chipping as much and add extra protection. During this appointment, he just added temporary filling in one of my teeth, also mentioned me potentially needing another crown at the top back tooth and checked the colour for my top front tooth crown. On 16th December 2025, I attended an appointment at the practice for fillings and a crown to be fitted. Dentist Silina Al Sayej fitted 4 fillings and a crown. Less than a month passed since my appointment, on 14th January 2026, my crown with the whole tooth fell out while I was packing a parcel and bit on the basic thin brown packaging cellar type, my whole tooth fell out of my mouth. It was the same tooth that the crown was fitted on. Prior to the crown fitting on the tooth, I was not informed that my tooth had a high risk of failure and no x-ray scan was done on my tooth to check the tooth is strong enough and healthy enough to have the crown fitted. The dentists didn't check and didn't inform me if the tooth needed any preparation or repair before doing this procedure. They were just quick to cement this crown on my tooth which led me to losing my permanent tooth. The root of the tooth is still inside my gum. This needs to be extracted before causing further damage. I also need my tooth that fell out to be replaced. This whole situation has worsened my anxiety. I believe the way I was treated was done on purpose for complaining about this service. The fact my carer has had issues with this dental practice and been denied medical treatment is quite clear we are both being treated worse by this dental practice. I made complaints about Sheil Road Dental Practice ignoring my reasonable adjustments, failing to follow the Equality Act and not investigating my complaints properly. This was before my crown was fitted. This is victimisation. I have been treated worse and provided poor service after I made complaints about them failing to make reasonable adjustments, delaying my treatment and not investigating my complaints fairly when I made them aware that it would affect my anxiety if they didn't. They are aware of my health conditions and how it can affect me and still fail to provide standard services. I feel this was done deliberately because I made the complaints about them. I am half way through a teeth whitening treatment and have found Shiva to be very knowledgeable and so lovely! I would highly recommend her and the Sheil Road team to anyone thinking of looking to take on the same course. I have just booked my wife in for the very same service, in fact. Keep up the great work 👍

Had an appointment with Rana Fahmy. She was lovely from start to finish. Very professional and friendly. Fixed my chipped tooth and gave them a clean. Would recommend.

From the friendly, efficient reception staff to the dentist and dental nurse I had another great experience here. Have been registered for about 5 years and would recommend. I got a check up and a hygiene/clean. Only problem is afterwards I don't want to eat because my teeth feel so clean 😀🙈
