I had a hygiene cleaning with Soobia today and honestly it was one of the best dental cleanings I’ve ever had. She was incredibly thorough, attentive, and clearly takes real pride in her work. She paid extra attention to the areas that needed a deeper clean and made sure my teeth felt completely spotless by the end. What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared about my oral hygiene. She took the time to give me helpful advice on keeping my teeth clean and recommended toothbrushes and toothpaste suited to my needs. She was also so kind, patient, and passionate about what she does, which made the whole experience really comfortable and reassuring. I left feeling genuinely impressed and will definitely be specifically requesting appointments with Soobia for my future 4-month hygiene cleanings. Highly recommend!
I had such an amazing experience at Sensu! A huge thank you to Abi and Abrar for fitting me in and making me feel so much better throughout the whole process. They were both so kind, reassuring, and genuinely caring from the moment I arrived.
My dentist, Theresia, was absolutely amazing — so professional, gentle, and informative, and she made me feel completely comfortable and confident about getting my aligners.
Ray was also incredibly accommodating and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The whole team went above and beyond, and I’m genuinely so happy with my experience at Sensu.

I had a really positive experience during my recent dental visit. reception team made me feel welcome and at ease. Sefora was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient, ensuring everything was handled smoothly. Rhaimon was also very helpful and courteous, making the process quick and stress-free.
Their warm attitude and excellent customer service truly set the tone for the appointment. It’s always reassuring to be greeted by such kind and attentive staff. Thank you for making my visit so pleasant!

I feel it is only fair to update my review following what happened this afternoon.
Shortly after posting my review, the practice contacted me to apologise and explain that there had been issues with the phone system. The member of staff I spoke with was incredibly helpful and immediately offered me emergency appointments the same day.
I went that same evening and was seen promptly by the orthodontist. She was excellent: kind, reassuring, professional and very understanding. She fixed the loose bracket and wire, ensured I was comfortable with the repair, answered all my questions, and gave me advice on caring for the irritated gum tissue that had been caused by the loose wire.
What impressed me most was that the Manager also took the time to speak with me personally. He had reviewed the messages I had left and acknowledged that my earlier experience was not the standard they aim to provide. He listened to my concerns, apologised sincerely, and reassured me that the issues I experienced would be addressed internally to prevent them happening again.
When I wrote my original review, I was in pain, frustrated and struggling to get through to the practice. However, I must acknowledge how professionally and compassionately the situation was handled once it was brought to their attention.
The contrast between my experience this morning and this afternoon was significant. I left feeling listened to, cared for and reassured. The dentist, reception team and management all showed genuine concern for my wellbeing and made every effort to resolve the issue quickly.
Whilst the initial experience was disappointing, the way the practice responded has restored my confidence, and I appreciate the effort made to put things right

4 weeks into my fixed upper braces installation, one broke off (the molar) I called to BEG for an emergency fix of the brace that broke. The wire & metal was loose in my mouth and extremely uncomfortable. The receptionist gave me an appointment over 2 weeks away with little empathy.
I’ve just started my Invisalign journey at Sensu, but before I do this I had my front tooth filled. I had the most amazing experience with Priya and Salina- off the jump they were so friendly and welcoming, and made me feel safe and comfortable whilst undergoing the filling process. My journey’s only just begun, but I cannot explain enough how great the staff here are! On top of that I’m so happy with the result of the composite bonding- perfect result with reasonable pricing. If you’re looking for a dentist that really care- Sensu is definitely the place you’re looking for.
Today I went for a cleaning session. I was warmly welcomed by Aniqa the receptionist. My hygienist today was Mohammed. He was very informative and did a very great job ensuring I had the best cleaning session possible. Thank you Mohammed and Aniqa for the great service.

I started my Invisalign treatment with Sensu in March of last year (15 months ago) after being attracted by a Black Friday offer. I was excited to get started and I must make clear that the staff are very friendly and I was never seen overly late past my appointment.
I had two refinements included within my package - long story short, I raised several concerns over the course of my treatment that one of my teeth wasn't fitting in the aligner after 6/7 weeks of consistent wear. I was told it was fine and nothing needed correcting, and that I just needed to use my refinements to start again. The same thing happened again and I was yet again told that there was nothing wrong and I just needed to wear it properly and consistently. I was so frustrated to have the blame put on me despite wearing my aligners 23 hours a day. I continued to raise concerns during my appointments but these were ignored.
Cut to 4/5 weeks later and the same tooth is still not fitting, and I had to start my third round of aligners.
I have now finished my third course of aligners, the tooth still doesn't fit and I've been left with a horrible bite which is wonky and uncomfortable. They tried to correct this by cutting the backs off my aligner but it has not worked and I have a contact point in the front of my mouth that I am constantly aware of and I am now stuck with. I raised this concern over email and was told my bite was "acceptable". I was so disappointed to hear this given the pride they say they take in their patient outcomes and the amount of time I have spent going through corrections.
What should have taken 5 months has taken 15. My concerns were never listened to and the onus was put on me to fix something that was their responsibility. Really disappointed and wish I'd gone to someone else.
