I got the bright eye treatment as I wanted a little something to make me look more awake and refreshed but nothing too invasive as I'm a bit scared of needles/pain so was nervous going in. It was my first time getting something like this done which I told Rachel. She was extremely reassuring and calming and explained everything thoroughly to put me at ease, no numbing cream was needed for this specific treatment and it wasn't actually painful! Reception was lovely too so just a really positive experience all round x

Amazing services, I was bit lost when I found out my local clinic has closed suddenly but Sebastian-Rose came to rescue with immediate online assessment and very prompt update about consultation results, they are just amazing I am so happy that I could connect with them , au ordered my ski line immediately after results and my products were delivered next day!! Can’t praise enough. Thank you so much! Way to go👏👏

I completed three polynucleotide sessions at this clinic. While the treatment result itself was acceptable, I did not have a positive overall experience. A discount after completing three sessions was clearly advertised by the clinic and was confirmed with them prior to my first appointment. It was therefore an advertised entitlement rather than a discretionary favour or present. However, at the end of my third session, the discount was challenged and discussed openly in front of other patients, immediately after my treatment, in an unprofessional manner, at a point where I was no longer in a position to respond or take action. and this situation caused unnecessary stress. I was also in a vulnerable post-procedure condition at the time. The discount was eventually applied, but the manner in which the situation was handled was inappropriate. For clarity, the receptionist acted respectfully. I was also encouraged after my second session to leave a positive review in exchange for a discount, which I now regret, as it did not reflect my full experience. Having been a loyal client for over two years, I did not expect this level of professionalism. I will not be returning. Fortunately, there are many aesthetic clinics in Cardiff to choose from.

Had my Botox injection here and it was a great experience. Rachel was very professional, gentle, and welcoming. you don't even feel the injection at all! I will definitely be back.

Rachel is always so brilliant! She is friendly, approachable and I completely trust her. She is an expert in her field and when I have any questions around treatments or ask for recommendations its like speaking to a mate, she never tries to upwell anything to me and always tailoring my treatments to me. I would recommend her a million percent!

I’ve been coming to see Rachel for almost 6 years now for numerous treatments including dermal filler and skin / scarring treatments. Rachel is so professional & knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable and fully informed from start to finish. I’ve never had a bad experience & will continue to see Rachel for as long as I can!
