I got the bright eye treatment as I wanted a little something to make me look more awake and refreshed but nothing too invasive as I'm a bit scared of needles/pain so was nervous going in. It was my first time getting something like this done which I told Rachel. She was extremely reassuring and calming and explained everything thoroughly to put me at ease, no numbing cream was needed for this specific treatment and it wasn't actually painful! Reception was lovely too so just a really positive experience all round x
