I visited the clinic for advice on weight loss medication, when I left I was reassured in my treatment plan. I received email and sms instructions prior my appointment. Parking is extremely convenient, just a very short walk from a car park. Peppermint reception has been professionally designed and looked amazing. I was greeted on time by Shane and we went to a treatment room. This area was again a reflection of the rest of the building, well appointed, modern and fit for purpose. The interaction was highly professional and emotionally intelligent, you were given time to discuss your concerns and every question received a clear response. The practical part of the appointment was well demonstrated and great care was taken to ensure I’d be able to operate the syringe and make used needles safe. I was given a contact number for Shane and was told to use it if there were any concerns. Future process was explained and next appointments have been booked at a time that suited me. I’m so happy my wife recommended Peppermint and I’m so impressed with Shane and it’s clear he is highly motivated in regards to patient care. Highly recommend.
I had a fantastic experience at Peppermint today for a single lesion removal consultation and treatment. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with great care.
David was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the procedure clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. The treatment itself was quick, efficient, and far more comfortable than I expected. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the friendly, reassuring approach throughout.

i loved the establishment it is easy to locate there is a car park nearby. I went to see Shane, he is great. He went in details to explain what to expect and i had a skin tag, and a few others bits to remove. The treatment are affordable as well!

I visited the clinic for the removal of a skin tag. Had a very warm welcome from Shane, he explained the process which was quick and pain free. I had to go back for a second treatment which I had been told was a possibility but included in the initial cost. The area is now completely flat like it was never there. Would definitely recommend.
So impressed with the support before and during the procedure. I had the Ultrasound-Guided Foam Sclerotherapy. Both Shane and Lewis were friendly, very experienced & made me feel at ease. I felt reassured and they clearly explained all my options. A long trip for me personally but worth every minute. I can only recommend the service they offer & at such competitive prices too. I am now a middle aged man and although I try to look after myself I wasn't too interested in any form of skin treatments until a couple of thread veins started to be more noticeable. I looked into several wayscto remove these and then chose this clinic. Not knowing what to expect I was told exactly what would happen and was kept informed throughout the treatment. The clinic is spotless and the gentleman performing the treatment was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and friendly which helps to put clients at ease. It is early days yet but I would recommend this clinic.
I have used Peppermint for both aesthetic services and for more general health services, an I would definitely recommend peppermint for both. The clinic is clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. Both Shane and Jo are professional and friendly, and I appreciate the time they take at the initial consultation to ensure which ever treatment I proceed with is the most appropriate for me. I never feel pressured to make a decision and there is definitely no up selling of products or services. I feel confident and safe having treatments at peppermint and the services friendly approach adds to the experience.
