I have been using this dental practice now for 15 years and Dr Patel has always been my dentist. Dr Patel is absolutely brilliant, so thorough and always listens. I have had lots of work done over the years including composite bonding and most recently dental implants and I am so happy with the work. I trust DR Patel, he is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything properly. Would highly recommend

I had a check up today with Hafsah Hussain, who was exceptionally professional, warm and welcoming. He is always mindful that I am a nervous patient and consistently puts me at ease, for which I am very grateful. The reception team were equally friendly and helpful, making the overall experience positive and reassuring :)

★★★★★ I had a really positive experience at my dentist today. Despite the high temperature, the reception staff were friendly, helpful, smiley and welcoming. My dentist, Hafsah, was very respectful, kind, caring, empathetic and helpful throughout my check-up. Her assistant was also lovely and made me feel comfortable. Excellent service from start to finish — I would highly recommend this dental practice.

I highly recommend this dental practice, because I joined a few years ago and never looked back. I have always been treated with kindness and respect. If anyone is looking to join a new dentist then please give this practice a try👍🏼

1st time here. Was made to feel welcome. Reception staff friendly and warm. And dentist also warm and welcoming. Made me feel comfortable and explained what was doing and the treatment needed. Thank you as I was very nervous.

Very welcoming on reception and manage to get me an appointment on the same day as a referral from 111 but was disappointed with the dental nurse as I was told could only look at the area I was in pain and wouldn’t look if I had a cracked or hole in one of my other teeth. She told me to make another appointment for that but I still paid the full price to be seen which should include a proper check over all my teeth, not saying it’s a bad dentist I was just shocked they couldn’t take a look at all your teeth

I've been going to the surgery on Vicarage Road for Years now after a friend who is (also) a very nervous patient gave them a glowing review, the whole staff are attentive & supportive, the advice & care have been incredible - especially follow-up reminders & patience with appointment scheduling adhd-fuelled complications - & I've seen a vast improvement in my dental health, Dr Patel has been my dentist throughout & has made every procedure calm & as gentle as is possible (even tooth extractions!) allows me to have headphones in because music helps me to relax, & has given me unfailingly excellent advice about my treatment, could not recommend this place enough 100/10

I was previously very happy with this clinic and had two successful courses of Invisalign treatment privately. Unfortunately, my recent NHS experience was very different. I struggle with dental x-rays and felt the dentist became impatient with me, despite the fact that I eventually managed to complete them. I was told that if I “can’t even have an x-ray” I should go through private channels for a root canal specialist because they were “just dentists.” The comment left me feeling embarrassed and dismissed rather than supported. The appointment felt rushed, and I left feeling like an inconvenience rather than a patient. As a result, I will be looking for a more understanding dental practice in the future.
