Thank you so much to Vith and the dark haired assistant who I unfortunately did not get the name of; they helped immensely with my dental phobia upon getting a filling yesterday. They were exceptionally understanding and patient with my needs and made me feel entirely comfortable and relaxed (relaxed?? during a filling?). To those who are afraid of needles I was surprised at the fact that I barely even felt the needle for anaesthetic go in.
Incredibly kind people, have always had great service from this dentist throughout the years too with excellent beside manner and kindness. The receptionists are always kind and understanding on the phone and will handle any queries for you too.
I'm so grateful to be a patient here and I feel incredibly understood and helped by the wonderful staff. Thank you much purple dental care for the care over the years :))
Due to the lack of care from my dentist in highridge I had to call 111 and they then referred me to purple dental care and they were absolutely amazing!!! They treated me so well & we’re so polite I can’t remember the name of the two that seen me but they were absolutely lovely. They have given me an appointment to come back to get my tooth removed which I have been begging my dentist to do for a while but they just kept fobbing me off saying they can’t take it out until I have had my baby. Bear in mind my pain has been so bad I haven’t been able to eat, drink nor sleep. But purple dental care has resolved this for me now and I am so happy with the treatment they have given.

Had a 111 appointment with Dr. Yihang Leng. I believe the assistant's name was Ellie. Both were absolutely amazing and compassionate. I have a long standing fear of dentists, courtesy of previous experiences and being on the autism spectrum. Dr. Leng explained everything to me clearly and wasn't judgemental in the slightest. They both were happy to listen to my concerns. He made sure I understand what my next steps are. Thanks to these two, I feel just a little less scared of dentists and I feel more motivated to keep taking care of my teeth. The receptionist was also lovely - very warm and welcoming but I'm afraid I didn't catch her name. Thank you everyone!
Absolutely fantastic dentist. I was sent to them through 111 as an emergency and all staff were friendly and lovely. The dentist I saw, Mohammed Ghafoor, was absolutely brilliant. He was caring, friendly and very informative, as he spent time explaining my X-ray and issue. Would highly recommend this practice and in particular Mohammed.
EDIT: Have just had my extraction done, and once again I couldn't be happier with the way it went. I was seen to by Mohammed Ghafoor, who was not only reassuring, but he was also teaching his assistant at the time, taking her through the steps of what he was doing. I was completely at ease, which is no mean feat when you are having needles in the roof of your mouth and a large tooth being pulled out!

Went a few months back to have a loose molar removed, and the staff couldn't have been better. In and out in around 20 minutes, quick recovery. Just as well as I'm going back today to have another removed! No fear going into this as I know it will be good service. Highly recommended (even if I was referred by NHS Direct!)
I’ve been attending this practise for the last 2 years as a purple core patient, and can honestly say it’s the BEST practise I’ve attended. I would class myself as a super nervous patient and I am always put at ease. Always welcomed and the practise in general has a lovely vibe. It’s Affordable and always super clean! Couldn’t recommend more!!
Everyone was amazing to me. Best i ever got treated. It clean tidy and really patient with me. I wish I lived closer thrn I would have a dentist. Thank you do much
Because of a single tooth, I took my 8-year-old son to the dentist 30 times over the course of a year. Each time, we had to get permission from the school because of his toothache, and we would run on foot — 2.5 km there and 2.5 km back. Every time, they prescribed antibiotics to an 8-year-old child. The filling they placed in his tooth was extremely poor quality. Most of the time, it would crumble and fall out on the way home.
I have never in my life seen a dental clinic where the level of professionalism and humanity is so low. None of the doctors there — who supposedly took the Hippocratic Oath — were able to properly treat a single tooth, nor did they have the conscience to restore a child’s tooth with a normal, good-quality filling.
In this clinic, people have no value at all. The only thing that matters to them is money. They do not provide any quality work. How can a dentist who cannot even extract a single tooth be considered a doctor? And I’m not even talking about being a good doctor.
