I had a lovely experience at the dental practice. The receptionist were so lovely and welcoming when entering the practice and helping to get me checked in for my appointment. The younger receptionist were very helpful with talking me through the forms I needed to fill before being seen. I went in for a deep clean and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at the dentist, I am very nervous at the dentist but the lady doing my clean Maham and the nurse were so nice, stopping to ensure I was okay and explaining we can take breaks whenever I need them. I was really well informed after my appointment about what to do next with my teeth to ensure they don’t get built up again. Overall was a great experience and will be going back such lovely staff.

Needed an appointment quickly for gum issues and got straight in despite not being signed on as their patient. I had a terrible experience at my previous dentist and so decided to move to Purity Dental, which was a quick and stress free process. The actually appointment was also very thorough, again, far exceeding what my previous practice provided. Really appreaciated and impressed. Will be recommending to friends and family.
Me and my daughter visited this dentist and Ehaque was very patient, polite and such a kind attentive gentleman. He listened and helped me to feel relieved and at ease. He gave me the most beautiful set of dentures and I haven't stopped smiling 😁 . I'd just like to say a huge thank you to you and your assistants and wish you all the best for the great service you provide at purity. Highly recommend A+ 👌.
Love seeing these dentists. They very informative and clearly love their jobs. I always feel I can ask questions and they always explain what I can do to improve my teeth / gum health, they make me feel heard 🙂
Attended this dental surgery as an emergency and was overwhelmed with the dentist and her dental nurse Leonie. I have not seen such genuine concern from health professionals in a very long time. I was not rushed and very quickly put at ease. The whole procedure was literally pain free, I have never had a wisdom tooth extracted without feeling any pain before. Both were very attentive to the stress I was feeling, dentist went out of her way to comfort me. I have now switched dentists. Wonderful service.
Great experience! Friendly and professional staff, and a clean welcoming clinic. Everything was explained clearly, I felt comfortable throughout my check-up. Highly recommend!
I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent appointment with Dr Mishra.
Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. During the appointment, I feel that my teeth were not properly scaled, and the overall cleaning felt incomplete. I was later told I could return for a polish, which added to my confusion as I expected the treatment to be carried out properly during the initial visit.
Additionally, during the polishing, no protective glasses were provided at the start, and some of the polishing material went into my eye. As someone who wears contact lenses, this was particularly uncomfortable and concerning.
I also found Dr Mishra’s attitude to be dismissive and rude. When I raised concerns about the polish, I was told that it “doesn’t matter” and that cleaning at home is what’s important. While I understand the importance of oral hygiene, this response felt unprofessional and did not address my concerns about the quality of the treatment I received.
Overall, I am dissatisfied with both the level of care and the communication during this appointment. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve patient experience in the future.
My appointment with Mr Bahram, this morning, could not have been better. He is an excellent dentist who explains everything clearly and discusses everything with me, so that I can make the best choices. His manner is extremely polite, professional, thoughtful and kind. He seems a very experienced and knowledgeable man and I trust him completely with my treatments, whatever they may be. I cannot speak highly enough of him.
All of the staff at this practice were very kind and helpful.
