I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful team at Platinum Dental Clinic. My husband is a patient of Dr Gian-Marco, and throughout his treatment we have been truly impressed by the care he has received. Our dental hygienist Ms Jasmil and dental nurse Raimonda have been outstanding — highly professional, warm and caring. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. We also wish to acknowledge the administrative assistants at reception for keeping everything running smoothly. Thank you very much to the whole team.
So far had only positive experience 💎 the dentistry is rather small and located inside the West India Quay center on 1st floor, has super friendly dentists and receptionists.
I had dental hygiene appointment with Dr. Beata and dental fillings with Dr. Cristina - both very careful, precise and supportive. Took extra time to explain the procedure and ensure everything is fine afterwards. Also would emphasize the super clean area and new equipment taken out right in front of you from sealed bags, so made be feel really safe.
For new customers you indeed have to pay full amount of the treatment, but I cancelled it without any issues as mentioned 24h in advance when needed to change a timeslot. For existing customers you only pay 50 GBP deposits. Online booking was fine, though might experience couple of glitches at first.
Also Bupa did accept my receipts in case you have dental coverage with them.
I have been with platinum dental care 5 year running and the care has been amazing. Thank you to Dr Cristina for advocating for your patients and wanting the best outcome for them.
