I have been a patient at Pemberton Dental Practice for around five years and have consistently received excellent care. The reception team are always welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making every visit a positive experience from the moment you arrive.
The dentists, particularly Shehryar Khan , are extremely thorough, professional, and genuinely invested in their patients’ dental health. They take the time to listen carefully to any concerns, explain treatment options clearly, and ensure you feel informed and reassured throughout your appointment.
The dental nurses are equally kind, supportive, and professional, helping to create a calm and comfortable environment. I have always felt well cared for as a patient here and would highly recommend the practice to anyone looking for high-quality dental care.
I went for my first appointment today after not having seen a dentist for quite some years. Arvi was my dentist, and he explained everything to me, which are the best procedures and what will happen during them, he was really thorough with the exam. All the staff are pleasant and helpful, would highly recommend.
I saw Sarah for a hygiene appointment and my daughter saw Daniel for her first check up. Sarah and her assistant were so lovely, both have great energy and made my daughter so welcome. Didn't catch the assistants name but she made my daughter a balloon character and this made her so happy. Sarah was very thorough with my appointment and explained everything gently and was generally lovely.
Now on to Daniel. My daughter was dreading her first visit and he made her feel at ease immediately with his playful and warm energy. He really is excellent with children. His assistant was also smiley and nice.
My daughter now says the Dentist is the best place! Thank you.
As a new patient at this practice I have to say I was blown away with the whole experience - from walking through the door and being greeted by the very pleasant receptionists to my very thorough dental examination. The dentist and his nurse were so lovely and I felt instantly at ease. The dentist explained every aspect of the examination and gave me lots of advice and information about my oral health and dental hygiene. If you are looking to join a new dental practice this is the place to go. I have now registered the rest of my family - I feel so lucky to have found this wonderful practice.
Had an emergency appointment. The receptionist and dentist are exceptional at putting you at ease. The dentist explained what had happened to my tooth and how he was going to fix it. I’m so glad I am registered there. I’m in my 60s and it’s the best practice I’ve been registered with.
Absolutely fantastic, so glad I registered with them. They make you feel so welcome and everything is explained in a way that is stress free. Always a positive and welcoming experience every time I go.
Arvi is absolutely fantastic!!! I am a very anxious patient and he talks me through everything and reassures me constantly. He helps me feel at ease when I am there. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
