First visits to pearl dentists for regular check up and a visit to the dental hygienist. On all visits Staff are friendly and welcoming. Dentists and hygienist experienced and professional and offer lots of advice to care for your teeth. Follow up appointments made with ease and always get reminder emails and text messages. No negative issues I could give.

I first met Nerinder around 24 years ago when she was working at a practice in Dewsbury. I was about 14 at the time and absolutely terrified of the dentist. For my first appointment, she kindly set aside an entire afternoon just for me, knowing how anxious I was. There was no pressure at all—I didn’t even go into the surgery. We spent the whole time in the waiting room while I sat there hyperventilating and crying. Nerinder’s calm and reassuring presence made such a difference, and by the end of that appointment, I finally felt like I had found someone I could trust. At my next visit, we focused on simply getting me into the treatment room and sitting in the chair. From there, my confidence gradually grew, and I was eventually able to complete all the treatment I needed—which was a lot. I will always be grateful to Nerinder for what she did for me; she truly changed my life. In fact, she inspired me to pursue a career in dental nursing. When she moved practices to Bradford, I followed her. Later, I moved away for 10 years and was treated by dentists I worked with, but when I returned to the UK, I knew I wanted to find her again. Fast forward to May 2026, I was delighted to discover that Nerinder was still practising locally. Although it’s nearly an hour’s drive to Pearl, I knew it would be worth it—and it absolutely was. She came out to greet me personally, and she was exactly as I remembered: warm, calming, and friendly. We spent more time chatting than on the examination itself, and I left feeling reassured and confident that I had made the right decision in returning to her care. At 37 weeks pregnant, I appreciated her thoughtful and patient-focused approach. Although I was happy for X-rays to be taken, she chose not to proceed. I had mentioned wanting to replace a broken crown, but there was no pressure at all to book treatment. Instead, she advised seeing the hygienist and returning in six months after my baby is born to discuss options. I saw Chris, the hygienist, a couple of weeks later and had the most thorough yet completely pain-free clean I’ve ever experienced. He removed all staining and calculus, and my mouth felt incredibly clean afterwards. The entire team at Pearl are welcoming and professional, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Very friendly reception and they seem to know everyone’s name before you get the opportunity to announce your arrival, which I find instantly reassuring and calming. I found staff on reception got the levels of initial greeting and signing in just right and the same with the their friendly and appropriate use of house front pleasantries. If my dentist is running slightly late because of an issue with his current patient, the receptionist or sometimes two they make sure that I knew what was going on and that he was running slightly late, I’m sure they gave me an approximate time delay which I appreciated. I also found this reassuring. When I got into my dentist he instantly used my first name only witch I liked and again found reassuring and this was immediately followed by an apology for running late. Check up was thorough as was his specific questioning around my problem tooth and the reason I was there for this visit. I was reassured by his diagnosis to extract the tooth as I had spent the last few weeks waxing and waining it’s future before only a few hours prior to my appointment I had decided to get it taken out. Wasn’t looking forward to this bit at all, he didn’t need me to tell him that I was very anxious, he could see and sense it, the shaking legs and constant nervous chatter. He was swift and stealth like with his needle as I never saw it, probably would have lost it if I had. My biggest concern was not the pain but the sounds and the pulling and tugging. Looking back at the extraction it much less than I was expecting. For me his approach and “mouth side manner” were great, as was the aftercare chat and departure. Nothing negative to report about my experience at all.

Thanks to Rosh and his colleague who looked after me through the whole procedure! 😀 I recently underwent a dental implant procedure, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded all expectations. From the initial consultation through to the final result, everything was handled with exceptional professionalism and care. The procedure itself was far smoother than I had anticipated. Any anxiety I had beforehand quickly disappeared thanks to the calm, reassuring approach of the dental team. They explained every step clearly, which made me feel fully informed and completely at ease throughout. Recovery was surprisingly comfortable, with minimal discomfort and a much quicker healing time than I expected. The aftercare support was outstanding — I always felt like I could reach out with any questions, and I was given clear guidance to ensure the best possible outcome. Now that the implant is complete, the results are fantastic. It looks and feels completely natural, restoring not just my smile but also my confidence. Eating, speaking, and smiling all feel effortless again. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this treatment to anyone considering it. It’s been a truly positive experience from start to finish, and I’m incredibly grateful for the skill and care that made it possible.

I ve been a patient at this dental practice for over a year now, and I can honestly say, that experience has been amazing from star to finish. My treatment plan included Invisalign, composite bonding, a new crown and eventually two implants - quite a journey. Trough every stage Dr. Usman was absolutely amazing.Took time and explain each procedure and deliver results, that genuinely exceed my expectations. I got my confidence back, can't stop smiling. I hadn't had a dentist for 6 years and was a little anxious about returning. I needn't have worried. The dentist here and the hygienist are lovely, reassuring people. Plus the reception staff are helpful and friendly. Parking can be a pain, but it's not the end of the world!

Pearl Dental have been fantastic with my Invisalign. Very friendly staff, so helpful, so east to get appointments, even after work which was perfect for me. The whole thing was so much easier than I expected and I am now so much more confident about smiling and being on Teams calls. Thank you all so much.

Fine. No problems with treatment, only the reception area. The reception staff are pleasant and helpful. The reception area is very clean and the bench seating looks comfortable but it always gives me backache before long. It was very hot that afternoon and the outer door was left open which made it very noisy on a main road.
