Professional, helpful & friendly staff on arrival. My appointment was on time, no waiting 😊. The dentist who examined me was lovely. She was very thorough & attentive. She answered all my questions & gave good advice. I feel very lucky to have such a super Nhs surgery so close to home.

Great dental practice. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The dentists are excellent—Dr Hassan Ahmed in particular was incredibly kind and made us feel completely at ease throughout our visit. Highly recommend!

This dental practice is an absolute joke. Very poor customer service. Miscommunication between staff. I was told the appointment is booked and on reaching them on the day of appointment I was denied that there is no appointment in my name. Secondly I was sent back from the rebooked appointment just because I was 5 minutes late. My Dentist 'Mr. Bilal Ahmad' who was suppose to check me was standing idle at the reception and said rebook her even though he was not busy with any patient. Third time the appointment was made and I was given the delay of 1 and half month again and just 6 days before the appointment I am recieving email that my appointment is again cancelled because they are understaffed. Now I am been offered an appointment with 2 months waiting. Is this a joke really. For getting done one appointment how many times I have to book with these people and how many more months I have to wait. There is no less than 1 star to opt otherwise I would have opted for 0 stars for this practice. Absolutely ridiculous

I saw Luke, my dentist for a planned tooth extraction. Never having a tooth removed before whilst awake I was very anxious. As soon as I entered the room Luke made me feel more relaxed and asked if I had questions. He even offered to put my favourite music on. The extraction was a bit tricker than planned but throughout the whole process Luke kept telling me what to expect and it was normal. He was very calm throughout which helped me keep calm. The process took longer than expected and Luke looked like he had had a workout by the end of it but was still smiling and reassuring me. I can't thank the whole dental team for making such an anxious time bareable.

Always a pleasure to visit this dental practice. Practice offers a good mix of services both for NHS treatment as well as private. Every staff member is very polite and always happy to help and answer questions.

After needing an urgent appointment, the reception lady was so helpful and understanding. The Dentist who looked after me today was outstanding, compassionate and reassuring throughout the whole process. Thank you so much again for looking after me today.

I have just been to see Luke at Partington Dental Practice. He is such a lovely guy who puts you at ease and has a brilliant bedside manner. Luke is such an asset to the practice. The dental nurses are all lovely too. Everyone was professional, kind and caring. Thank you to all.
