I can’t recommend this emergency dentist enough! I called in the morning and was able to get a same-day appointment, which was such a relief.
From the moment I arrived, all of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and put me at ease. Dr Razak was absolutely brilliant. He listened carefully to what had been happening, took X-rays, and clearly explained all of my treatment options without making me feel rushed.
I’d been in severe tooth pain for several days, so I decided to have the tooth removed. Dr Razak explained every step of the procedure, and throughout the extraction he was calm, reassuring, and incredibly efficient. The whole procedure took less than 10 minutes! As someone who’s always been nervous about visiting the dentist, he really helped ease my anxiety.
The dental nurse was also fantastic—so kind, supportive, and reassuring throughout the appointment. After the procedure, they went through all of the aftercare instructions in detail and made it clear that I could contact them if I had any questions or concerns.
To top it all off, they even sent me a text the following day to check how I was doing. That level of care and follow-up really shows how much they value their patients.
A genuine 10/10 service. Thank you to everyone involved!
I decided to visit Night and Day Dental after my partner had such a positive experience there, and I'm so glad I did.
From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Although my appointment wasn't an emergency, with NHS dentists becoming increasingly difficult to access and waiting lists stretching beyond two years, I felt the best option was to invest in private dental care.
The service I received from Dr Yahya and Amanda was outstanding. They were both extremely thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. What really stood out was how genuinely they cared about providing the best treatment rather than simply moving on to the next appointment.
They offered honest, expert advice in a completely non-pushy way and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. It's clear they treat every patient with the same high standard of care and professionalism.
I would highly recommend Night and Day Dental to anyone looking for excellent dental care, and I will definitely be returning for further treatment in the future.
Went in for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction on Friday night and the process was absolutely seamless. I did have to wait a good bit over my allotted appointment time but given how there were quite a few people waiting before me, all likely with different kinds of procedures to be done, and the fact it is an emergency dentist I think this is understandable.
All the staff were great. The gentleman on the front desk, the dentist's assistant (I'm sorry I don't know their actual job title) and especially the dentist himself made everything so easy. I was told to fill in a form, paid for the consultation, got the consultation and had the aesthetic injected into my gums, went back out to wait for it to start working and pay for the treatment I would be getting, went back in and was done within minutes.
My wisdom tooth was extremely loose and couldn't wait until Wednesday to get it taken out. I was told succinctly about after care instructions, was informed about the free aftercare I would receive, was given some more gauze and sent on my way.
I don't normally write reviews for anything but given this is a medical place I feel like it is my due diligence to inform people that this place is top notch and you need not worry. You're going to be in safe hands.
Fabulous service last night for my 12 year old daughter with a large chipped tooth due to a slip and trip. Our dentist Dr Raza, was awesome, thoroughly checked her for other injury, explained everything clearly, gave us choices and then quickly delivered the treatment. Consultation costs for emergency treatment are very reasonable, he gave us the options and then they allow us, without pressure to then make a decision. 2 hours later it was fixed !! Brilliant! I am sorry I forgot both nurses name but they were brilliant too. Even got a cup of tea while we waited !!
Dr Yahya helped me contain my ' dentist nerves ' through patience , careful explations of treatment options , and his excellent chair ,--side manner inspired confidence.
Not been here before, knew i would need an extraction.. was very impressed at the support from the team, both before and after extraction.

Visited this dentist on a Sunday appointment after having sharp shooting pains, after I had root canal treatment at a previous dentist .
I was having on/off short sharp pain.
All the staff I saw from the greeting Reception , to the dentist Dr Mo Ali , plus his dental assistant Nurse Sukurat were all very warm, polite and interested in my concerns .
After explaining my history , Dr Ali immediately set to work & adjusted my crown by shaving a little off to relax my bite .
He then gave me 2 straight forward options of which I chose the latter , to still have the tooth removed .
This process was very quick , throughout both Dr Ali and Nurse Sukurat kept checking if I was ok .
They were very attentive , showed compassion and were genuine concerned with my welfare.
Thank you Dr Mo Ali & Nurse Sukurat for being very professional .
After care service is extremely important to me , I received 24 hours later a text asking how I was from Aizah , I responded and received another reply immediately from them again . Thankyou .
Yes , it cost maybe more than my own dentist may have charged but this is inclusive of a weekend service which my dentist and many more just do not offer for their loyal patients .
I would highly recommend .

Had an emergency appointment due to having a toothache Sunday afternoon. Receptionist could have been a bit more friendly but the dentist was amazing. Put me at ease. Tooth extraction was painless. Follow up message the next day was a nice touch. Quite expensive in my opinion but got me out of pain. Highly recommend.
So impressed by the service. I needed an emergency appointment due to severe pain. Very cheap consultation fee compared to some other dentists. Excellent advice given with everything from procedures, time lines and costs very clearly explained. The follow up was really appreciated too.
