I cannot recommend Night & Day Dental highly enough!
I was suffering from severe toothache and called them in a panic. They were able to see me at extremely short notice, literally within hours of my initial call. From the very first conversation, the service was outstanding.
The receptionist was warm, friendly, and incredibly reassuring, which immediately put me at ease. Dr Shakir and his technician were first-class from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, gave me a straightforward plan of action, and were wonderfully reassuring throughout.
The procedure to remove my wisdom tooth was surprisingly painless and the entire experience — from walking in the door to walking out, was genuinely amazing. I felt genuinely cared for and in safe hands the whole time.
If you need urgent or routine dental care, look no further. Night & Day Dental delivers exceptional service with kindness, speed, and real expertise. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending them to everyone I know!

They genuinely care, despite it being so busy. The dentist was incredibly knowledgeable, no pressure and really easy to get along with. I asked for a copy of the x-ray after and they were more than happy to send it via email! I’m really really impressed with them and wouldn’t even hesitate should I be in a dental emergency again to go back. Thank you.
Had a tooth and a dead root out today. The staff were really friendly and made me feel comfortable, something much needed as ive been afraid amd avoiding of Dentists for years! I can honestly sar this experience has made me feel much more at ease and im actually looking forward to having the rest of the required work done.
I was seen at the practice yesterday for a same day emergency appointment. I'm sure that working in any out of hours / emergency health-care practice can be stressful and challenging, however the service I received from the reception lady, Dr Riaz and Dental Nurse Lisa was more efficient, empathetic, and prompt than my last prescheduled GP appointment! Within an hour of my appointment time, I had been diagnosed and treated and given clear aftercare instructions.
The team were so kind and had excellent 'bedside manner' even when I was feeling nervous and dizzy at one point. With the practice being private, the consultation fee was actually lower than my regulat dentist charges for an emergency appointment also, and the payment plan on treatment was very helpful.
I was really dreading seeking emergency dental care, and was in a lot of pain. I'm so glad to have been seen my the team at Night and Day, they helped so much.
Great customer service, arranged an appointment for me within the hour. I'm a very nervous patient and was made to feel at ease straight away by Dr Sultan. He was very efficient and explained everything in detail. Even had a follow up welfare call the day after. Thank you.
The team were efficient, accommodating and attentive to my pain and anxiety. From the colleague who initially assessed me was very calm and efficient to the dental colleague carrying out the procedure. Id like to especially shout out the junior colleague assisting the main dentist (?dental foundation trainee/junior dentist) as her bedside manner was excellent, she was very calm and reassuring and made the experience a lot less stressful.
Slightly pricey but would wholeheartedly reccomend.
Came here for a tooth extraction after being left to a long NHS waiting list. I had a really experience with Dr Sultan Faraj, he was very friendly and gave honest advice. Very willing to book me again and made sure I saw him again.
The extraction itself was good, I had very little pain afterwards. A great and fast option. I came back for a teeth cleaning as I trust the care there. Would recommend
Amazing service ! The staff are brilliant. I was treated by Dr Jaff who extracted my wisdom tooth after advising me it was inflamed and infected. He was very reassuring and made me feel at ease. The procedure was painless and I was given clear instructions regarding aftercare and prescribed antibiotics. Very professional and quick service!
