Due to previous experiences I do not like Dentists. I got an emergency appointment and was seen. I had an infection very swollen face and a tooth needed extracting due to infection. My Dentist Dr Nisah was amazing, he was patient and provided a very high standard of care. He made reassured me and made me feel at ease. The whole service was amazing from when I called initially i spoke to Aisha the receptionist, she was very polite professional and has a lovely manner about her. The Dental nurse was also amazing provided me with outstanding care from start to finish. I even got a follow up text message to see if I am healing OK and gave me care advice reminders. Thank you so much guys you were all and still are amazing ❤️
My wife recently had a dental cap fall out from a root canal she received outside the UK, so we booked an appointment here to see if it could be fixed. The dentist examined her and explained the options, but due to the cost, we decided not to proceed with the treatment for now.
When I went to the reception to pay for the consultation, they smiled and refused to take any payment. They said that since it was only a check-up and we weren't going ahead with treatment, they wouldn't charge us. This incredibly kind gesture really touched our hearts—we have never experienced this level of generosity at a clinic before. Thank you so much to the team for your understanding and compassion. You are all doing an amazing job!
Incredibly convenient opening hours with very easy online booking. Clean, welcoming and polite receptionist. Knowledgeable helpful, quick and efficient dentist and dental nurse. Felt in safe hands. Certainly not cheap but costs and options were explained clearly before any treatment and were about what I expected for emergency out of hours treatment in a private practice. Was impressed.
I visited the clinic for the first time yesterday, and I’m truly happy with the experience.
Dr Ridhwan was excellent, Nurse Afia was very kind and reassuring, and Aisha at reception was welcoming and helpful throughout.

Absolutely amazing experience at Night & Day Emergency Dentist in Birmingham! My partner was in a lot of pain with her tooth, and they managed to see us and carry out a complex extraction on the very same day. A full consultation and X-ray were done quickly and thoroughly before the treatment, which gave us real confidence we were in good hands.
We were in and out within an hour, which was incredible considering the situation. A special thank you to Waqas, who was genuinely one of the loveliest dentists we’ve ever met – calm, reassuring, and extremely professional throughout. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely smooth and under control.
Couldn’t recommend this place enough if you ever need urgent dental care – fast, efficient, and truly caring service!
Had my emergency tooth extractions with Dr. Nisar - very grateful. He made me feel at ease & less anxious, talked me through the treatment plan, staff were professional and supportive. It was a difficult time for me, glad I went with my gut & switched dentist.
I went back after the extraction for free follow up care, Dr. Nisar answered all my questions and concerns. I felt heard and listened to.

Wow. I can't thank the Dentist Nisar and Nurse Fakhra enough for the way they handled me. As someone dealing with anxiety at the time of treatment they understood and gave me the most kindest words of affirmation and took their time. This is the experience you want when you are going through a treatment. It was so painless and definitely would recommend you to come to this dentist for a great experience. If your lucky try to come in when your Dentist is Nisar and Nurse is Fakhra. Thank you once again for taking care of me and giving me a good experience

I went in for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. Never had any dental work to this extent done before and so was very nervous. They kept me totally at ease and by the time it came to extraction, it took less that 20 seconds and was completely painless. Prescribed antibiotics and given loads of aftercare guidance too. Woke up this morning with very little swelling and painkillers doing the job well.
Dr Assam and Nurse Hamza were excellent. Considering how busy they were as well, we were seen in very good time. THANK YOU!
