⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish!
I had a root canal yesterday, and I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was welcoming and efficient. The dentist and his assistant were an incredible team.
The doctor was superb; kind, professional, and super knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the entire procedure step-by-step, and even went over everything again after the surgery so I knew exactly what to expect during recovery. He completely put my mind at ease. If you are looking for a skilled, informative, and compassionate dentist, look no further! Dr Ahmed Ali.
I had an emergency dental appointment at Mint Dental Centre after a filling fell out night before. They were able to see me the very next day, which was a huge relief. I was treated by Carol, who was friendly, professional, and immediately put me at ease. She quickly fixed the filling and made the whole experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Excellent care and service when I needed it most. Highly recommend.
Dr Carol and Maddie are truly kind, caring, and very easy to talk to. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel comfortable and at ease, which means a lot .. especially if you’re someone who feels nervous about dental visits.
What I really appreciate is how much they genuinely care about their patients. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you feel informed and comfortable with your treatment, never rushed or pressured.
In my case, they went above and beyond to help resolve my issue, and I’m so grateful for the care I received. I’m really happy with the outcome.

After almost 8 years of avoiding the dentist, I finally visited Mint Dental Centre, and I’m so glad I did. I went in extremely anxious, not only because I knew there was a lot of work ahead, but because I’ve always been nervous about dental visits in general. Thankfully, I had a friend who came along to support me, and from the moment I arrived, the team made everything feel surprisingly easy.
Dr Carol Mendoza and Madeleine were incredibly attentive and genuinely understanding of my anxiety. They took their time, explained every step clearly, and reassured me throughout the 3 appointments so far. I felt looked after in a way I’ve never experienced before at a dental practice. What really amazed me was that despite all the work we had to start, I didn’t feel any pain at all.
We’ve now begun the first stages of a bigger maintenance plan, and instead of being scared, I actually feel confident and optimistic about continuing my treatment. The level of care, professionalism, and kindness I received was outstanding. I’m super happy with the results so far, and even happier with how comfortable they made me feel.
Dr Carol and Madeleine truly offer an amazing service, excellent care, and a that knows how to look after their patients. If you’re anxious about the dentist, this is definitely the place to go. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I highly recommend this dental clinic. My dentist is a very gentle, patient, and kind professional. Many times people go to the dentist feeling scared or nervous, but she makes that fear disappear with her caring way of explaining everything and working so softly. She makes you feel calm and safe at all times.
I would also like to highlight her assistant, who is very cheerful, fast, and always attentive, which makes the whole process much more comfortable and pleasant.
And at reception, the service is excellent: they work efficiently, respectfully, and always with great kindness.

Would give 0 if it were possible. Absolute opportunistic dentists who will try and sell you xyz things via their private services and severely neglect NHS patients. I have had several appointments with a wisdom tooth problem, and they said they would put my referral for an extraction out. 5 months later, no communication, nothing. Got in touch with them and they never even put the request through, only now has it been processed.
Now I have a flare-up and need prescribing antibiotics, rang up the receptionist to explain that I am in severe pain and was met with her saying the next jaw dentist is in tuesday, ‘oh maybe monday’. When I asked for an emergency appointment as on their site they are open ‘7 days a week’, but apparently the weekend is only for specialist work and this practice only has one person that’s able to prescribe medication?! ridiculous.
Furthermore receptionist tried to push me over to request antibiotics from my GP, which she should know is not their area to cover and they don’t deal with dental problems. After ringing back to tell her this, she was rude and completely unhelpful - telling me to go to a&e, which is a huge waste of the NHS services when all the problem needs is antibiotics.
Please do not go to this dentist, save your energy and time!
I am very pleased to register with this clinic, very happy with dentist JuanJose Gomez Sirera, he is caring, welcoming, listening, advising so on.Receptionists are polite, welcoming, texting reminders ext. Only downside is l have to form's every time l visit this place, forms are long and takes quite a bit time, l don't get it why l have to fill the forms every visit?
