I took my daughter here yesterday and I cannot praise the staff enough. My daughter is autistic and dentist visits can be incredibly overwhelming for her, but the team was absolutely amazing. They were so incredibly gentle, patient, and kind throughout the entire appointment. They even gave her some stickers at the end which she loved. Thank you so much for making what could have been a stressful day so calm and positive

I went for an initial check up and a couple of weeks later had another appt with the hygienist. They were both friendly, gentle and thorough with their work. I was really nervous and Kinga put me at ease. I’m really happy with my choice of dentist.

Very disappointing experience with this practice. I booked my first appointment because a filling had come out. When I called, I specifically asked for an initial assessment (as I am a new patient) and mentioned that if possible I would like the filling done on the same day. Later I found out that the appointment had been booked as an emergency appointment, which was more expensive, even though I never said I was in pain or needed urgent treatment. This was never explained to me when booking. During the appointment there was a misunderstanding about which tooth previously had problems. After clarifying this with my regular dentist, I contacted the surgery to check whether I could simply book the filling for the correct tooth. I was told dentist would call me back, but no one ever did. I followed up again and was told I would need to pay for another check-up, despite the fact that my teeth had already been examined at the first appointment. I was also advised to email the surgery to receive my tooth scan after the appointment, which I did — but again received no reply. I have now sent two emails and still have not received any response. Meanwhile I have been walking around with a tooth that needs filling for almost a month. Very poor communication (or none) and customer service.

Only been twice but looking forward to the next time, my practitioner Nicole farmer along with her assistant(I don’t know her name) does a professional job and has lovely energy from the moment you walk in. Would definitely recommend this place and their people! 😁

Excellent service. Receptionists and staff were polite and extremely helpful. The young Dentist who extracted my teeth was very professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend this Practice to everyone.

Writing on behalf of my dad. My dad had a pretty rough past and felt very self conscious about his teeth. He had an appointment today and I couldn’t be more thrilled with how they treated him, he was very nervous and I think they could also see that, we had a little bit of an oopsie with the appointment but that’s fine! He still got seen to which was amazing customer service! I only got the name of one lady which I think is Lisa? Sorry if I got that wrong but I just want to thank you so much for your help it really means a lot. Definitely be recommending this dentist to more people

Went with electric shock type pains in my mouth, dentist said she couldn’t find anything other than a slightly decayed tooth and said best thing was extraction. £200 later and a tooth less and still getting the same pains. Called back to be told to wait two weeks as she’s on holiday and it would be free of charge as it’s follow up, I did this and then she tried charging me again despite kicking me out mid appointment because someone else’s patient had fainted. Still getting calls now to pay. Can’t help but think they have taken a good tooth for nothing.
