I had a wonderful experience at Manor Family Dental and wanted to share how impressed I was with the level of care I received. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcome and at ease. A special thank you to Cynthia Manyika and Hanna Leczycka, who were both incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout my visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I felt comfortable and informed at every step. Their calm and friendly approach really helped ease any nerves, and it was clear they genuinely care about their patients. The clinic itself is clean, well-organised, and run with great efficiency. I had a really great experience with my dentist, Hanna, and the dental nurse, Cynthia. They were both extremely friendly, respectful, and professional throughout my appointment. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and well looked after. Hanna explained everything clearly and took the time to make sure I understood the treatment, which really helped put me at ease. Cynthia was also very kind and attentive, making sure I was comfortable during the whole visit. Their teamwork and positive attitude made the whole experience much more pleasant than I expected. I truly appreciate their care and professionalism and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental team.

I have only been at this dental practice a short while. I wish I had registered here rather than stick with my old practice. Dr Hanna and nurse Cynthia are outstanding in the level of service they provide.. The reception area is well maintained all the staff are courteous and conduct themselves in a professional, friendly manner.. Dr Hanna and nurse Cynthia make my visits to the dentist extremely pleasurable and I know when I leave whatever the dental problem was upon entering it won't be a problem when I'm leaving.. Dr Hanna really is the tooth fairy when it comes to teeth.. A very grateful patient.. Thank you to you both..

I had previously experienced unacceptable treatment from another dentist at this practice. As a blind patient, I found that communication was routinely directed to my companion rather than to me. I felt this reflected a lack of disability awareness and failed to uphold the principles of dignity and patient-centred care. This experience left me reluctant to attend further appointments. However, my consultation today with Dr Hammedat was markedly different and restored my confidence in the service. Dr Hammedat addressed me directly at all times, explained each step of the treatment clearly, and ensured I was fully involved in decisions about my care. Reasonable adjustments were made to support my accessibility needs. I felt respected, safe, and relaxed throughout the appointment. I have now made the decision to remain at this practice under Dr Hammedat’s care. I hope this standard of inclusive practice is recognised and shared across the wider team as an example of good care for patients with disabilities.
