I'm coming towards the end of my treatment and wanted to share what a great experience I have had and how delighted I am with the results. I attended about 6 months ago wanting to replace some discoloured buccal fillings. Unfortunately I first needed some new fillings in my molars. I was a bit nervous as I've found injections painful before but need not have worried. Dr Tahir is so calm and skilled I hardly felt a scratch. Not painful at all. I was then given the option of straightening my teeth not only for cosmetic purposes but to improve the bite and long term health of my teeth. I opted for 32Co a slightly more cost effective process and within 6 months I have the perfectly straight teeth I've always wanted and with whitening thrown in, I couldn't be happier. Dr Tahir has been absolutely brilliant. He is highly skilled, patient, and takes time to explain the process and answer questions. I would highly recommend this practice. My experience with the reception team and hygienist Michelle has also been fantastic.
I came to Manor Park Dental Practice a couple of days ago.I had Senha . I apologise if this is not how you spell her name.I found her charming and very thorough. She made sure i was comfortable with what she was doing while explaining the work being done on my teeth as she carried out the work. All the staff including the receptionists were very polite and helpful..Thank you.
The staff were polite, professional, and communication was good throughout. My deposit was also refunded promptly, which I appreciate.
I originally attended as an emergency patient and had a temporary filling placed. At my follow-up check-up, I was advised that under the NHS the treatment offered would be a grey filling, and that a white (composite) filling would only be available privately at £225 per tooth. Because I grind my teeth and wanted to protect already weakened teeth, I initially agreed, paid a £50 deposit, and booked the appointment.
Afterwards, I contacted the practice by phone and email as I had been told previously that composite fillings can sometimes be available on the NHS depending on individual circumstances. I was advised to discuss this with the dentist at my next appointment. However, when I attended, I was again told that white fillings would only be available privately.
In the end, I chose not to proceed and requested my deposit back, which was refunded without any issue.
I completely understand that clinical judgement and NHS provision can vary, but I left feeling unsure why a composite filling was not considered suitable in my case, especially as I have previously had one placed on the same tooth at another practice. If possible, I would appreciate a clearer explanation from the practice, as I am still open to understanding the reasoning and whether there may have been a misunderstanding.
Aside from this, I was happy with the professionalism of the staff and the service provided.

Highly recommend Milan and Anna. They are always friendly and have so much patience. Milan recently extracted a tooth for me and he was brilliant, I had a small complication and he was there all the way. The practice also telephoned next day to check how things were. I could not ask for a better service, thank you.
I would like to write a big thank you to Dr Tahir Zaidi who has been my dentist for a long while now. At every appointment I have received outstanding care and courtesy with any questions answered in full and am always put at ease. His attention to detail and recall of what has been mentioned at previous appointments is incredible.
I have just finished Invisalign treatment which was recommended due to teeth wear & overlap. It was great to see the before and after scans showing my new teeth alignment (alongside visibly looking better) and to know I have hopefully prevented any further damage.
Dr Zaidi has the great ability and trait I personally appreciate to always give recommendations and treatment options based on findings and evidence but then let the client take however long they need to go away and decide if it is right for them to proceed with without any kind of pressure.
Thanks Dr Zaidi (and other practice staff interacted with) for your professionalism and care. Thoroughly recommended.

Dr. Milan Raveedran and his assistant are amazing, so kind and gentle, really puts you at ease even for someone like me who has a fear of dentists! Highly recommended
