I just completed extensive treatment under the capable hands of Dr Harrison. He is very competent and caring. I came to Maida Smiles for a second opinion and I was very impressed by the way the treatment options were clearly communicated and a proportionate approach was recommended successfully. Thank you to the rest of the team, nurse Sanas was very caring and very professional providing reassurance at tricky moments. The clinic works really well from an admin perspective too, Esti at reception is on top of things and very attentive. Thank you all very much!
It’s difficult to find a good dentist in London, but I think I’ve found one! I needed to replace one tooth with an implant, and I also needed a crown fitted on top of an implant I had placed some time ago in a different country.
I’m very grateful to Dr Pedro, who did the work for me. Both crowns look like my natural teeth—the shape and colour are perfect—and you’d never guess they’re crowns. I’ve had them for a year now and haven’t had any problems. Sometimes I even forget I have implants because they feel so natural.
Dr Pedro is also very attentive and friendly. I know I can ask even the silliest questions about teeth, implants, and anything related, and he always shares his expertise. Thank you!
My experience with this clinic was sub par. While I got cleaning and inital checkup, I was quite displeased with how the admin staff communicates with the clients.
The good:
- Dr. Benedict seems to be a thorough dentist. While I have some quibbles, I appreciate that he was cautious and prudent.
- The cleaning was also done well.
The bad:
- The hygienst was quite relentless in booking the next appointment. I found her insistence excessive and largely driven by financial gains and not my dental health.
- The communication exercised by the admin staff is unprofessional. I have never experienced such a poor and even disrespectful attitude towards clients.
Very happy with the work and patience of Dr Shankar. He oversaw our daughter’s orthodontic experience and we’re delighted with the result.
We should add that we have also had excellent experiences with Cintia and Dr Claudia at Maida Smiles
I had a great experience at this dental clinic. Esti, the receptionist, is the best always so welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment you walk in. My dentist, Claudia, is amazing: very caring, gentle, and highly skilled. She always makes me feel comfortable and explains everything clearly. I truly appreciate the excellent care and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a trustworthy and friendly dental team.
Had a fantastic experience at Maida Smiles with Dr Benedict Harrison. He’s genuinely one of the best dentists I’ve been to — thorough, gentle, and takes the time to actually explain what he’s doing and why. No upselling, no rushing, just honest advice and excellent work. The whole team is warm and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust.
