Lovesmile has been the same dentists thag ive been going to since i was a child and the service has always been the same, perfect. I always feel comfortable, the process is quick and efficient, and staff genuinely care about patients health and comfort. My dentist has done fillings, checkups and tooth removal (in preparation for braces) for me and its always been so easy. Thanks lovesmile for looking after my gum and tooth health for over 13 years!

Always find it easy to get appointment. Staff very friendly the lady dentist I see she makes sure I'm relaxed and listens to all the questions I ask. Would not go anywhere else. I would give it more than 5 ⭐.

These five stars are for Tracy all on her own! What an absolute superstar, she was super empathetic and so very helpful and understanding. What a wonderful human being!

The dentists are very good but the staff are very rod and impolite. Today I had appointment at 12:30 . I had email about that but they cancelled without letting me know. The biggest problem that the man and lady in the disk were very rod and it seems like my problem and I did the mistake by coming. They did not say sorry.

I've had to attend the practice for what I thought would've been a long, arduous and painful experience as the work that was needed required more than a couple of visits. My dentist's professionalism. Care and understanding made this experience the very opposite of what I first anticipated. The staff both in the waiting area and surgery were always welcoming , courteous and pleasurable to talk to both before and after the procedures, in particular Lauren & Paige Thank you to all HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍🏻

Very poor service. No one ever answers the phone, i found the hygienist and the dentists rude and very heavy handed during the appointment. I mentioned the hygienist was hurting me to which she huffed at me and stated “well do you want the injections then.” and continued. I had a night guard made which the quality of is shocking. It has lasted a month which has cracked already. The customer service is not to standard in my opinion and also the establishment looks filthy. There are holes in the walls, the bathroom is dirty and overall just not hygienic. Hate leaving bad reviews but this dentist really isn’t a great one.

Thank you to Dr Sony, hope spelt correctly, for his excellent treatment, and to the dental nurses. Also a big shout out for the young man on reception for his excellent service too. Wonderful practice.
