I would like to highlight the excellent experience I had this week at the dental clinic. From the very beginning, the service was impeccable: the reception team was friendly, organized, and very attentive, making the whole process smooth and pleasant.
The clinic itself is spotless, very clean, well-organized, and has an environment that makes you feel calm and confident.
The doctor was simply outstanding: professional, gentle, approachable, and very clear when explaining every detail of the treatment. I felt I was in very good hands at all times.
Overall, the entire team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and genuine care. Without a doubt, a completely positive experience that I would highly recommend.
Dr. Gemma is outstanding. She was kind, patient, professional, and incredibly
empathetic. As an anxious patient, I felt listened to, reassured, and well cared for throughout my appointment. She took the time to explain everything and made the experience far less stressful than I expected. We know all dentists pass competence exams, but personality goes hand in hand to make elite practitioners. Dr Gemma has everything you could ask for!

A huge mention to the reception staff too. The next-day courtesy call was so refreshing. My future appointments were already set so knowing they take the time to only call as a welfare check-in really makes this dental chain the best.
New customer and not great at Dentists but I cannot recommend both the excellent service and totally wonderful staff from booking to having the appointment. Really professional. Reception were great and dentist Jess and nurse Debi totally put me at ease. Everything was explained, wasn't rushed and so reassuring and kind. To be honest I was blown away and the total clean air flow was 😍 amazing. Parking outside and lovely premises, I will 💯 per cent be back.... Thanks so much for your wonderful care and what was a really positive experience.

After bad experiences with dentists, my visit to both Jess hygienist and Dr Jemma was a complete turnaround.
As an older person the whole experience was totally different very professional, polite, kind and understanding especially to someone with no confidence in dentists, explaining everything in detail. (to a very nervous patient)
I didn’t feel I was pressured into any unnecessary work (which has happened to me previously)

The results were excellent, and her attention to detail really stood out. I’ve already booked my follow-up and appointments for my family as well. Excellent service from arriving to leaving. Reception were welcoming polite & efficient. The hygienist technician & her assistant were also welcoming. They made me feel relaxed reassured & comfortable during the treatment. she explained exactly what she would be doing & took great care in her approach. Dr Kunal is the best dentist I have come across in 40 years. I feel very fortunate to have had Dr Kunal's expertise and care when he provided me with a total smile makeover. He is very knowledgeable, passionate and genuinely caring. His staff in every one of the branches of the love teeth practices I have visited (Cheam, Sutton, New Malden and Hook) are professional, polite and always offer superb customer service. If I could give 10 stars I would! Don't hesitate to book. They deal with complex cases and nervous patients with care and total professionalism.
