I've been coming to Health Hub for over three years and have always had a positive experience. The one-hour deep tissue massage includes a thorough consultation to discuss your health, goals, and any areas of pain before treatment.
All of the clinicians I've seen have been professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Today I saw Matthew (Clinician 30), who was outstanding. The massage was thorough, effective, and left me feeling much better.
The clinic is always clean and tidy, and the team clearly know what they're doing. I've also benefited from their treatment programmes in the past. I would definitely recommend Health Hub. Thank you.
I started coming to London Health Hub a few months ago after finding them on Groupon while looking for a massage. I booked a deep tissue massage and was asked about specific pain points. Afterward, I was offered an introductory package of 2 sessions for £34, which gave me a great chance to continue treatment.
From my first session, Matthew (Clinician #30) helped me understand the cause of my neck pain and created a personalised treatment plan with at-home exercises that genuinely improved my tension and strength over time.
I’ve recently finished treatment and would definitely recommend their services. Matthew was great at keeping me on track, and the treatment itself was both effective and easy to follow.
Over time, I noticed a steady and meaningful improvement in my neck pain, and I’ve now finished treatment with little to no tension left. Day to day, I feel much more comfortable, and the progress has been really noticeable.
What stood out most was how supportive and knowledgeable Matthew was throughout. He always took the time to explain things clearly and made me feel listened to and cared for. I’m really grateful for all the help I received and would absolutely recommend London Health Hub to anyone dealing with aches, pains, or tension. I’ll definitely be recommending Matthew to friends and family.
I’ve had 5 sessions at the London Health Hub and every session has been a great experience. I had Callum (Clinician number 11) who is great, very professional and has helped me greatly with the tightness around the neck and shoulder and also the ongoing knee issues I had.

I’ve had various physiotherapy appointments over the years, but since working with Viann (clinician 12) for a few months, I have been pain free and therefore not needed to revisit once. She is so knowledgeable, really easy to talk to and always happy address any difficulties I had. She has great attention to detail and I’d highly recommend her to everyone!

Joe has been excellent. He's very friendly, approachable, understanding and knowledgeable. With his support I've been able to improve my lower back issues which I wasn't able to do initially through my GP's physio. I'm ever so grateful to Joe for his support. He also encouraged and motivated me when I had some minor dips with the exercises. I can highly recommend Joe.

I have been receiving regular massage treatments for a chronic neck issue for a couple of years now. I decided to try London Health Hub in Borough and opted for their first-time introductory voucher.
When the day of my appointment arrived, I received an automated text message just one hour before my slot stating it had been cancelled and that I needed to call to reschedule. I was already on my way, which was incredibly frustrating. When I called to clarify, I was forced through an automated system and couldn't reach a human being.
My appointment was pushed to the next day. I showed up at the clinic as planned, was told to wait in the reception area, and was then informed—for the second day in a row—that my appointment had to be rescheduled again. There was no advance notice and no explanation given, despite the fact that I had traveled all the way to the clinic just to find out.
I questioned whether this terrible treatment was because I booked using a promotional voucher. It certainly feels that way. If you are going to treat new customers like second-class citizens, you shouldn't offer introductory vouchers at all. I would have happily paid full price, as I normally do, to manage my chronic pain.
I have never encountered a business so unprofessional, with such poor customer service and zero respect for people’s time. To add insult to injury, they couldn't even refund me on the spot; I was told I have to wait for a "manager" to call me sometime next week.
Genuinely laughable. Avoid.
Viann is truly my “everything I need” when it comes to health, recovery, and wellbeing! She is an outstanding physiotherapist, acupuncturist, and has incredible knowledge of osteopathic medicine. Her holistic approach — deeply rooted in her Asian culture and philosophy — really makes the difference in maximising the benefits of every treatment session.
From the very first appointment, I experienced immediate relief from lower back pain and inflammation of my sciatic nerve. By consistently following her detailed exercise programme during the week and attending her regular sessions, which combine a variety of techniques, all my pain has completely disappeared. I now feel so much more confident, stronger, and in control of my body both in daily life and during sports activities.
Viann is extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely dedicated to helping her patients feel their best. I honestly could not recommend her highly enough to everyone!
