I've been coming to Health Hub for over three years and have always had a positive experience. The one-hour deep tissue massage includes a thorough consultation to discuss your health, goals, and any areas of pain before treatment. All of the clinicians I've seen have been professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Today I saw Matthew (Clinician 30), who was outstanding. Unprofessional. You are better off avoiding this place. I have been receiving regular massage treatments for a chronic neck issue for a couple of years now. I decided to try London Health Hub in Borough and opted for their first-time introductory voucher. When the day of my appointment arrived, I received an automated text message just one hour before my slot stating it had been cancelled and that I needed to call to reschedule. I was already on my way, which was incredibly frustrating. When I called to clarify, I was forced through an automated system and couldn't reach a human being. My appointment was pushed to the next day. I showed up at the clinic as planned, was told to wait in the reception area, and was then informed—for the second day in a row—that my appointment had to be rescheduled again. There was no advance notice and no explanation given, despite the fact that I had traveled all the way to the clinic just to find out. I questioned whether this terrible treatment was because I booked using a promotional voucher. It certainly feels that way. If you are going to treat new customers like second-class citizens, you shouldn't offer introductory vouchers at all. I would have happily paid full price, as I normally do, to manage my chronic pain. I have never encountered a business so unprofessional, with such poor customer service and zero respect for people’s time. To add insult to injury, they couldn't even refund me on the spot; I was told I have to wait for a "manager" to call me sometime next week. Genuinely laughable. Avoid.
