Had a great experience at London City Smiles. Started my Invisalign treatment today and some extra dental work. Dr Claire Titton was FANTASTIC – very thorough, explained everything clearly and paid attention to every detail. She made what could have been a daunting appointment feel really straightforward. Dr. Meera was absolutely amazing throughout my Invisalign treatment. She was incredibly attentive and supportive, and thanks to her advice and care, I completed my treatment much earlier than I had originally been told to expect. My case was quite complicated, so I was very nervous about starting the journey. Looking back now, I only wish I had done it sooner. If you’re worried about visiting the dentist or have alignment issues that you’ve been putting off because you feel it’s “too late,” don’t be. Dr. Meera and her team will put you at ease and guide you towards a fantastic result. The entire team was always quick to respond to any questions I had, and whenever I needed an emergency appointment, they arranged one promptly. The level of care and professionalism was outstanding from start to finish. I would highly recommend Dr. Meera and her team to anyone considering Invisalign treatment.

I never write reviews, but my experience with London City Smiles has been so positive that I felt I had to make an exception. I had my surgery on 4 October last year, and what stands out most to me is not only the treatment itself, but the incredible care, support and aftercare I received throughout my journey. As an extremely nervous dental patient, I cannot praise Dr Balwant Vekaria highly enough. From my very first consultation, he treated me with kindness, patience and understanding. He has a calm and reassuring manner that immediately puts you at ease, and throughout the entire process I always felt safe, listened to and genuinely cared for. Even under sedation, I remember hearing members of the team talking about making sure I was comfortable and looked after. It was clear that my wellbeing was their priority, and that meant a great deal to me. The surgery itself was far less daunting than I had imagined. I experienced swelling and some discomfort afterwards, which is completely normal, but remarkably little actual pain. The whole process was handled with professionalism, compassion and genuine care. A special thank you to Dr Balwant Vekaria, Adam and Alex. Alex has been absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. He is approachable, caring, down to earth and always willing to help. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. What impressed me most was the level of support and aftercare. I attended numerous follow-up appointments, and whenever I needed to be seen, the team always did their best to fit me in and accommodate me. Appointments were rearranged when necessary, questions were answered, and I never felt like I was asking too much. They genuinely moved mountains to help me. The practice itself is spotless, professional and welcoming, and the reception team are always friendly and helpful. Most importantly, I now have a beautiful smile that has given me confidence I haven’t had in years. Every time I look in the mirror, I am grateful for the care, skill and dedication that went into creating it. The difference it has made to my self-esteem and quality of life has been enormous. If you are nervous about dental treatment or considering implants, I would wholeheartedly recommend London City Smiles. The care, professionalism, compassion and support I received from Dr Balwant Vekaria and his team have been exceptional. Thank you all so much for everything you have done for me.

Had my first hygienist appointment with the wonderful Ionela Stoica at London City Smiles this morning and it completely lived up to the months of research it took me to find the right place. Ionela was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire visit. She gave really helpful preventative care advice while also being so gentle and careful with the cleaning itself. Truly one of the best dental experiences I’ve had.

I honestly cannot thank Dr Claire Titton enough, along with the wonderful team at London City Smiles, for the care they showed my mother. My mother hadn’t been to the dentist in many years and was extremely nervous before the appointment, but Dr Titton was exceptional from start to finish. She was so warm, patient, compassionate and reassuring, and immediately put my mother at ease in a way that very few people can. What really stood out was how much time she took to explain everything carefully and thoughtfully, never rushing, never dismissive, and always incredibly kind. Going to the dentist after such a long time can feel overwhelming and frightening, but Dr Titton handled everything with such professionalism, empathy and genuine humanity that it completely changed the experience for my mother. You can tell she truly cares about people, not just teeth. The entire team at London City Smiles were equally friendly, welcoming and supportive throughout, and together they created such a calm and caring environment. We left feeling enormously grateful and genuinely lucky to have found such an outstanding dentist and team. Thank you again for everything.

I had my impacted tooth removed at London City Smiles and I’m very satisfied with my experience. All the staff and the dentist were extremely accommodating and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. The clinic is very clean and well-maintained, and the service was fast and efficient, including the removal of my impacted tooth. Overall, I felt well taken care of from start to finish and would highly recommend them.

I had my first visit to London City Smiles for a routine check-up, and the experience was excellent and very reassuring. Dr Athanasios Tsiakyroudis was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. The rest of the staff were also very kind and welcoming, creating a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere throughout the visit. Overall, a great first experience — I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I recently visited London City Smiles for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the front desk team gave me such a warm welcome. Alex Martin, the treatment coordinator, was absolutely amazing — so calm, kind, and understanding, especially since I usually get nervous about dental visits. I saw Dr Athanasios Tsiakyroudis for my implant consultation, and he was incredibly professional and approachable. There was no judgment at all, just genuine care and a clear, thoughtful treatment plan that even helped tackle a few cosmetic concerns I’ve had for a while. The pricing was very fair for the quality of care and service. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend London City Smiles to anyone looking for skilled, friendly, and down-to-earth dental care in London!
