We came to Leeds Urgent Dental Care with our 8-year-old daughter, who was suffering from severe tooth pain and needed emergency treatment.
Dr Graham was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely professional, calm and very kind with our daughter. He explained every step to her, made her feel safe and comfortable, and removed the tooth very carefully and painlessly. We were really impressed with the way he communicated with a child and handled the whole situation.
Nurse Christine was also wonderful — professional, kind, caring and very supportive throughout the treatment.
Anwar at reception was very friendly, welcoming and helpful as well.
We are extremely grateful to the whole team for their professionalism, kindness and excellent care. Thank you so much, Dr Graham, Christine and Anwar. Highly recommended!
I would like to say a huge thank you to Dr Fiona and Keely, the Dental Nurse, for the excellent care I received.
I was booked in for an emergency appointment through NHS 111 and, to be honest, I was quite nervous after reading some of the older reviews. However, my experience was completely the opposite.
From the moment I arrived, they were both incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. They made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment, took the time to explain the different treatment options available, and clearly showed me the source of the infection on the X-ray so I could understand what was happening.
They successfully drained the infection and provided outstanding care. Their expertise, compassion, and professionalism were truly exceptional. They are absolute dental magicians!
I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially those who may feel anxious about dental treatment. Don't hesitate to go there—you will be in very safe hands.

Referred here from 111 for my young daughter.
Reception staff were warm and welcoming and very patient and likeable and seemed good with children.
The building was clean and well kept, with easy access for pushchairs and mobility aid users.
Saadia, who attended to my daughter, was very patient and explained things clearly to me, and had a good level of playfulness and respect towards little one, doing her check quickly but thoroughly as necessary to deminish the amount of upset caused to daughter (she doesn't like anyone near her mouth)
Saadia answered all my questions and gave me the time I needed to comprehend things and feel ok to leave with clear steps to take going forwards.
We got in the following day and there was no delay in being seen to from the alloted appt time.
Other staff there all seemed professional but welcoming and friendly.
I was referred here by NHS 111 and felt very anxious after reading the reviews.
In reality, the staff were kind, calm and reassuring. The dentist handled my urgent issue efficiently and gently. As an emergency service, it was absolutely fine. Thank you.
But for non-urgent or chronic cases, it’s better to book a regular dentist, as this service focuses on basic treatment to prevent things getting worse before a full appointment.
Visited with my son for an emergency appointment, Anwar was very welcoming on reception and Manpreet and Vivi took great care seeing to my son's needs. Thank you very much. Also very clean environment and cool especially in this heat.
I called 111 as was having severe tooth pain due to a decaying wisdom tooth I had. An appointment was booked for me at Leeds Emergency Dental Surgery in Gemini business park. As soon I got in I was created by the friendly receptionist Anwar who signed me in and asked me to fill the relevant forms with a smile on his face the whole time. I sate down and was nearly immediately called for my appointment even though I was there 20minuted early. The friendly dentist Manpreet and nurse Vivian greeted me and sat me down, the were very lovely and reassuring. I explained what was going on and they looked at my tooth and agreed that an extraction was the best course. They were both very kind and caring throughout and made sure I was okay the whole time and that I was fully numbed before starting. They walked me through the whole process and Manpreet did a great job of getting my tooth out without too much trouble. Would highly recommend this dental surgery.
I highly recommend this dental clinic! I was referred as an emergency patient via 111 due to severe wisdom tooth pain, and I was seen very quickly.
From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by a very friendly and cheerful receptionist who immediately makes you feel comfortable.
Dr Kauma Coroline Leon took excellent care of my very painful wisdom tooth with great attention and professionalism. She explained everything clearly and carried out the treatment in a calm and stress-free manner.
The entire staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and truly caring. You can really see their dedication and the great atmosphere within the team. A truly trustworthy place – highly recommended!

Adam, the dentist was amazing. He was patient, did an x-ray, went through all the treatment options and was generally super pleasant.
Rukhsana the dental nurse was just as helpful and pleasant.
Can not fault the service at all.
