We saw Batool who was very professional and friendly and put our boy at ease straight away. She made sure he was relaxed all the way through and kept us informed throughout the treatment. For anyone who is apprehensive about visiting the dentist, you don’t need to be, she is great!

Lovely friendly staff, quick in, quick out and my dentist and assistant were great! I live 80 miles from my dentist and still go to them as they are that good.Only grumble and this isn’t on the dentist is that the NHS check up pricing is getting ridiculous! Nearly £30 for 5 mins work, never right!

Fantastic dental practice. All the staff are great. The practice is tidy and clean, the reception staff help out with paperwork and are friendly while waiting. The dentists and dental nurses do a great job at reassuring patients, making sure we know what is happening with our treatment and make sure we are well informed. Can't fault the place at all. Especially since I have dental anxiety.

I'm not a registered patient, but managed to book a same day emergency appointment. The dentist and assistant were extremely professional, yet caring at the same time. I was in a lot of pain and the dentist was as gentle as he could be. He showed me my x-ray and gave lots of helpful advice. It's just unfortunate they're not taking on new patients as I would have registered on the spot. The staff I encountered are a credit to the practice.

Bhatoo is very helpful. I have a reflex gag and she works with patience with me. She also wants the best outcome for me. The receptionist however did not check me in and I was sitting upstairs for 15 minutes before Bhatoos nurse asked if I was waiting and what my name was. This isn't very professional and I did mention it on leaving when I made payment but didn't received any apology.

I don't have a regular dentist but Kiveton Park Dental Practice were able to get me onto one of their stabilisation courses. I am quite anxious about seeing the dentist but on arrival, the receptionist was friendly and very welcoming. I saw Darcie and she was so lovely, very calm, reassuring, and easy to talk to. Darcie and her assistant were both kind and patient, and really helped put me at ease. My overall experience was good and I would happily recommend this practice.

I broke my crown eating a chocolate. This was the first appointment to fit a new one. The dentist was very good. She explained each step clearly. I was consulted throughout the process. She even slowed down and helped me to relax when she could see I was getting stressed. (The stress was the result of childhood experience not with the dentist) definitely scores an 11 out of ten.

A very easy and informative consultation today at the dentist. Felt at ease through out my time there and all the staff where very professional. Lovely people at front of house, luck forward to my next visit.
