I never really leave reviews but I had booked a direct access hygienist appointment yesterday and was seen today. My hygienist ruhma & (another lady which I can’t quite remember her name) made me feel comfortable, advised that I booked a service that I didn’t really need and offered to put this towards my next dentist appointment or refund. I really appreciated this as too many dentists are only after charging more for services at a time when money is tight for all. This small gesture and not to mention my teeth feel much much better will mean I have found my permanent dentist and have booked in for my next check up. Thanks so much indigo.
I've been a patient here for two years now and I'm always amazed at the level of service and care here every visit. I wasn't taken to the dentist as a child so had to have a lot of work done in my early adulthood and as a result really struggled with anxiety going to the dentist but have never had an issue coming here. I've seen a couple of different dentists depending on who's available and everyone is absolutely lovely and easy to talk to.
I went for a check up for myself and had to bring my two young children along, the dentist and all staff really welcoming, didn’t bat an eye when I asked if my youngest could sit on my knee while I had my check up and said of course. And when I asked about other services such as teeth whitening and stain removal. The dentist was really informative and helpful.
Indigo Dental has helped me overcome my long standing fear of visiting the dentist. They have been understanding and patient with me from my very first emergency appointment onwards. The care and treatment I've received has been excellent from dentist, hygienist and everyone else for that matter, and my teeth are in much better shape now than they were 6 months ago. They have also been great with my neurodiverse children who are also now registered here - for instance, checking with them that noise levels and sounds were ok with them before doing anything. All staff are kind, considerate and professional.
So if you have any worries/phobias around going to the dentist, or are neurodiverse, you can feel safe at this practice! I'm so glad I chose them.
The receptionists are always really friendly. Nice outside light from large windows in the waiting room.
Dentist Amelia was absolutely amazing with our autistic daughter and this made her and experience so much easier. Thanks a lot.

From the receptionist all the way through to the dentists, everyone’s super friendly, and helped me get through a large dental plan, and over my fear of the dentist! Everyone was super understanding and helpful.
Appointments were easy to book and they never ran behind on appointment times.

Very pleasant staff & the hygienist treatment was excellent. I was a bit upset at the price initially, but with two people working on your teeth and getting them really clean, I came out feeling happy. The dentist was also helpful & professional, explaining things clearly.
