I had a tooth extraction today at Hazelwood and I was very impressed with the whole experience. The practice was clean and the reception staff were welcoming and professional.
Dr Kemi was excellent throughout. He explained every step of the procedure which really put me at ease. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and skill. The dental assistant working ( l am sorry l did not remember your name) with Dr Kemi was also incredibly kind and reassuring helping to calm my nerves throughout the appointment.
The entire process was seamless. The extraction was quick completely pain free, and handled with great care. Thank you so much Dr Kemi and the whole team, for providing such outstanding care.

I had a root canal treatment today and I am extremely happy with the care I received. The dentist was very professional, gentle and explained everything clearly, which made me feel calm and comfortable throughout the appointment. I was very nervous before coming in, but the treatment was handled with great patience and care. Thank you so much for helping me and for doing such an amazing job. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone.

All the staff here are absolutely incredible. I had my NHS wisdom tooth extraction done at this practice, and the communication throughout was excellent — clear reminder messages before the appointment, efficient phone calls, and genuinely friendly interactions.
The clinic itself is very clean, calm, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease.
On the day of my extraction, my dentist Naz and her assistant Monisa were exceptionally kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to explain each step clearly and helped calm my nerves completely. The extraction was incredibly quick and completely painless — the entire procedure took around 10 minutes.
I was truly impressed by the level of care and professionalism. This practice is a real gem, and I’m very grateful to all the staff and the NHS team here.

There are 3 allocated parking spaces available for patients 😀 very helpful, the road is residential and parking can be difficult.

This was the first time we attended this practice and were very happy. All the staff were very helpful from the reception staff to the dentist who was so patient with my 90 year old mother. She had a tooth extraction and it couldn't have gone any better.
I was referred to Hazelwood Dental for a microscopic root canal. I was feeling very nervous beforehand but I had no reason to be because the dentist was incredibly gentle and efficient, also very speedy. The whole thing only took 20 minutes. They gave me a rubber mouth guard which meant I could close my mouth/swallow more often. As usually you have to keep your mouth open for a long period which can be a bit painful on the jaw. Would highly recommend for nervous patients.
