I can’t thank this dental practice enough for how well they looked after me. The clinic is spotless and has such a calm, friendly atmosphere.
As someone who gets quite anxious about dental visits, I really appreciated how patient and understanding the whole team were. They took their time, never rushed anything, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout.
A special thank you to Ashleigh, who was absolutely amazing and made me feel so at ease. I actually travelled from Wales for my treatment and it was more than worth the journey.
Such a caring and professional service – I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Dr Mendonsa and her assistant were excellent. The hygiene clean and polish service was professionally carried out with no bleeding or sensitivities felt afterwards. I would highly recommend. The air flow was an additional option which did a good job whitening the teeth.
I was seen by Dr Abbas for the first time for a check up, i am very anxious (scared) of the dentist but Dr Abbas made me feel soooo comfortable! She talked me through everything i was to expect before she even looked at my teeth, and the also gave me a heads up for everything she was doing while looking at my teeth which really really put me at ease! I then saw her for a hygiene appointment and she was honestly fantastic- again extremely gentle and my teeth look and feel amazing post app! She also gave me advice on the most suitable toothbrush, toothpaste and flosses for my teeth! 10/10 recommend and believe it or not - looking forward to my next appointment with her!
I had a really great experience at Greenwich Dental Practice. The whole team is so friendly, welcoming, and professional. They always make me feel comfortable and at ease during appointments, and everything is explained clearly. The practice is very clean and organised, and the staff genuinely care about their patients. Thank you to everyone for always providing such amazing care – highly recommended!
I highly recommend Greenwich Dental Practice. I get nervous with dentists but Dr Desai was so welcoming and she explained all the steps clearly, giving me different options for treatment - I didn't feel rushed or forced to make a decision, and was well informed throughout each step. She was warm in her approach and made me feel reassured.
The place is very clean, all the staff are friendly. The Dental Practice is also easy to find and very close to the station.
Will definitely visit again.

I have just spent 46 minutes trying to speak to the Receptionist at this practice but couldn't get past the virtual A.I. Receptionist called Linda!. It just kept saying that the reception was busy and to hold. OR they offer limited options which if you need anything outside of this list you are buggered. They way it speaks to you, calling you by your first name... ( I am NOT your friend so don't be so informal). It talks in Americanisms. This is the UK!!!!
I have NEVER been so frustrated with this stupid A.I tech. I would prefer listening to rubbish music. At least then you know a human would EVENTUALLY pick up your call. If this is the way businesses are going then I don't want anything to do with it. There will be no human interaction at some point in time and we will all be made redundant. What an absolute shambles.
Booked an Emergency booking for a filling. I asked the receptionist if I can book to have a filling replaced as it had fallen out. She booked me in as an emergency to have the filling done. When I got to the practice, I checked in as normal and explained that I have an emergency booking for a filling. I was told to pay a £27.40 fee, normally for a checkup. I was called in to see the dentist 20 minutes later of my appointment. When I sat down in 5he chair I was told that I'm having a checkup, I told them I have an emergency appointment for a filling and that's the service I want as booked. The dentist didn't know I was in for an emergency appointment, after checking with the receptionist they learnt I had an emergency appointment. Then the dentist told me that they cannot do my filling and that they would put a temporary filling and rebook another appointment to have the filling done. I told them this is not emergency service and I left. At reception I asked for a refund of the payment I had made 25 minutes earlier, as nothing had been done to my tooth. They instantly took my money, but told me it would take 2 week's to be refunded. So, you take my money swiftly then tell you'll give it back in 2 week's. My appointment was a total farse and waste of time. I'm made to believe that dentistry has made many leap's in improvement, yet a dentist cannot do a filling on the day, they first have to look at it then fill another day. Thus making more money. Terrible service.
