I recently visited Green Street Dental Clinic for dental treatment and had an excellent experience. Dr. Shraddha Innani made me feel completely comfortable from the very beginning. She was highly professional, took the time to explain the entire procedure in detail, and ensured complete transparency throughout the process, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind.
The clinic’s hygiene standards are outstanding—truly 10/10. The staff is warm, friendly, and extremely responsive, making every interaction pleasant and seamless.
I also took my 4-year-old daughter for a check-up and was amazed by how effortlessly the team made her feel comfortable in the dental chair. Their patience and child-friendly approach made the visit a positive experience for her as well.

I visited this practice seeking NHS dental care under my maternity exemption. I was told only private options were available, which was disappointing as I was hoping to receive clinically necessary NHS treatment. I want to share my experience so future NHS‐entitled patients are aware. I hope they improve communication about NHS availability.
My daughter had four fillings in 1 day. Dentist Charlotte's was excellent at what she was doing. She had professionalism skill and experience in her job.
My daughter felt safe and trust.

Had a hygiene Charlotte, normally I am really bad with dental procedures as they are very uncomfortable but Charlotte was brilliant had no issues. 100% as she was polite, gave advice and was gentle.
Yesterday I went this dentist with my 4 years 6 months old daughter and 1 year 9 months old son for first dental appointment the experience was unacceptable. The female dentist was very rude and unprofessional and the dentist raised her voice, escalating the situation. Her behavior was not just rude; it was unprofessional and bullying.
She seen only my daughter very unprofessionally she doesn’t see my son.but when I asked her about my son she rises voice with me. She doesn’t not listening me.My both children are crying on the time.
I try to contacted the practice to file a complaint, about this female dentist enquiry she got any uk dental certificate or any other uk dental experience and also monitored her treatment process This is a clear example of how patients are being treated poorly, and it reflects badly on the entire profession. I urge others to think twice before going there, as such behavior is unacceptable. If I had been present, I would have taken further action. It's truly disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism in a healthcare setting. Avoid this place at all costs.
Everyone is welcoming and friendly! Didn't have to wait for my appointment time and they are very informative and answer any questions you have about mouth health. Would recommend this dentist
I am not happy with thier service . on 7 January 2026 I had dentist appointment . I went there and they told me dentist will be late. I had appoint 11:15. I then request her to rebook my appointment. I can not wait I have to go job. Then they give me appointment at 10:20. Today I been there at 10:10. Half past 10 I told reception how long I have to wait she said 20 minutes. I then cancel appointment because I have to go job. they just waste my time and travel cost. Not happy at all to them.
