I’m so glad I found this practice! The entire team is incredibly welcoming. Nilesh was fantastic during my check-up, taking the time to go through my dental health in huge detail. I also had a cleaning with the hygienists, who were brilliant - they explained every step of the process, and the results were great. I’m personally very comfortable at the dentist, but if you’re someone who feels nervous, this is definitely the place to go to. A truly great, attentive team! Looking forward to my next visit.

I’ve visited several dental clinics, but the only place where I’ve truly felt comfortable and well cared for is Gartside Street Dental Lounge.
I had long‑standing issues with my front teeth, and previous dentists—both here and in my home country—only ever provided temporary fixes. A friend recommended Gartside, and that’s when I met Dr. Nilesh. He is incredibly friendly, highly professional, and took the time to clearly explain the condition of my teeth, the available treatment options, and even offered a flexible payment plan (with a discount!).
Every visit to the clinic has been a positive experience. The quality of care has been exceptional—from composite fillings, crowns and veneers, whitening, and hygiene treatments to a root canal.
The entire team, from reception to the specialists and assistants, has been outstanding.
went for my first check up and hygiene appointment today in many years and couldn’t have felt more comfortable! all of the staff i spoke to throughout my visit were super friendly with such a calming energy which really helped ease my nerves! even down to the other patients i spoke to in the waiting area, everyone i met was so lovely! as for it being my first appointment in many years, i was very nervous, but saarah was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit, making sure i knew i could stop if i needed to and asking if i was ok! i would highly recommend saarah and gartside street to anyone who’s a new or nervous patient! i am extremely happy with my results today and my treatment plan was spoken to me very clearly! i look forward to continuing coming here for my treatments!
This is a fantasitc dental practice - I first attended a couple of years back after struggling to find a dentist in Manchester. Dr Nilesh is an amazing dentist, and seeing him regularly as part of my plan has been a pleasure, and the treatment universally excellent. Saarah, the hygienist, is also fantastic. Everyone is always friendly, highly informative, and it's all really relaxed.
The team at Gartside Dental have always been great for my hygiene appointments. After years of not taking my check ups seriously, I decided on Gartside Dental.
Saarah is a great hygienist and I'd highly recommend her. From my first appointment she had a plan ready and I've seen a great improvement in my dental health. She always takes her time to explain what she's doing and checks in to make sure I'm comfortable. Importantly, she keeps me accountable during the process which has been a huge benefit to me.
Overall, if you're looking for a place to take your dental hygiene seriously, I'd recommend Gartside Dental.
I had an appointment for a scale and polish with Saarah and it was such a lovely experience!! She thoroughly explained what she would be doing, explained what I could be doing better in a polite and informative way following the treatment. Overall, really recommend x
Unfortunately their hygienist, Kirsty, and periodontist, Dr. Osman, are not that great, and now I am stuck with 6 mm of gum recession for the rest of my life. They have very good dentists, I saw Alina and Dr. Nilesh, but they do not have the hygiene and gum related expertise that was required for me, unfortunately. On top of that, they keep calling and emailing me to come back, even after I explained that I am not interested.
Based on my experience, they are more proactive with responding to reviews than they are with providing dental care.
